    Overall sound quality is good. But the earphones are not weather or sweat proof as claimed. Replaced headphones twice same problem with all three headphones. If you are looking for some regular use bluetooth headphones these are good. If you are looking for headphones, for you workout don't buy SoundSport.

      We set out to make your workouts better, and engineered the SoundSport wireless headphones to be stable and comfortable, sweat and weather resistant, with amazing sound.
      For the vast majority of owners, the SoundSport wireless is delivering on its promise. But a small percentage of customers -- like you -- have experienced a problem. And that's not okay. We took every headphone returned to us, went back to our labs, and got to the bottom of it.

      We found that SoundSport doesn't perform like it should under specific conditions related to more extreme levels of sweat and moisture. And we now have a solution to make it work just as well for those customers, too. Going forward, every SoundSport wireless headphone will include this update, and they'll be ready by the end of August. Since you've had this issue, you're our priority. A new SoundSport wireless will be reserved for you, and sent free of charge.

    Disappointed with my earbuds. Did not work properly. Charged up fine but will not pair up to the device.

    This headphone has very poor sound quality compared to its price segment. Also its very un comfortable to wear. Its doesnt feel like a bose product.

    slightly uncomfortable earbuds, don't plan on wearing them for hours. About the same sound quality as a 30$ wired set.

    It's a good birthday gift for my mom. She loves it. But she claimed that the electricity runs out so fast. She is charging it everyday or every two days.

    These headphones capture even rubbing on a shirt and a conversation by anybody close by and because of that it's hard to hear the person using them.

    I took these back to store because I didn't like the fit. They didn't stay in my ears very well.

    Lasted from May to January, then stopped working. Great sound but not worth it. For headphones at $100 they should last longer than 7 months. Don't waste your money. Tried to get them serviced at the Bose website, of course it doesn't recognize the serial number.

    I’ve using nose for a long time but this time I deside to buy some Bluetooth wireless I was really disappointed battery don’t last anything

    It broke within 4 mo this of buying it! However the manufacturers warranty covered it and I received another pair very quickly!

    The biggest problem was with the microphone and clip that was offered , kind of cheap clip and if the mic was not near mouth you would not be heard .

    I bought these headphones as the true wireless Bose would not pick up the music from my Fenix5s Plus. These worked great until they started making a staticky noise even when they were turned off. I bought them in Feb 2019 and was informed bu Bestbuy that I had only until April 10th to return it.....If you buy these make sure you get the replacement warranty as they will get sweated on and they will break....

    So this thing has started to fall apart on me--the rubber hosing around the ear pieces. The on/off switch popped out too. Its still usable but unsightly. The BOSE symbol on the side also fell off. The worst it do is put it in my gym bag and walk around with it. I didn't think it should damage it. I suggest buying a case for this and using it unless you want a shabby looking thing around your head. 200 bucks not worth it IMO.

    I wanted to like the Bose SoundSport, but unfortunately, the medium and small ear bud piece does not fit properly into my ear. However, the sound quality is fine, but I couldn't hear that much difference in sound quality to a less expensive earbud. I'm using the gadgets for working out and running through the city, so I'm not blasting music at a loud volume.
