While listening to music is nice, I specifically needed a nice set of bluetooth headphones because I'm on the phone with clients all day. Being stuck to a wire isn't necessarily convenient! So, this review is for anyone out there in my situation. I tried a TON of brands and decided to try Bose since they have a pretty decent reputation for making quality products. Some pros: - Very easy to connect to Bluetooth - People can hear me CLEARLY - nobody can tell I'm on a Bluetooth headset - High quality. Feels durable. Still got Geek Squad Protection to secure my investment! ;) Some MINOR set backs and misc feedback: - At first, I noticed a weird dissonance in people's voices. I wonder if the headphones needed to be "broken in" because the weird humming noise gets better overtime. - The headset disconnects from the phone after being idle for a while. Not sure if there is a setting to change this, but it's difficult when someone suddenly calls and the headphones take an extra 30 seconds to reconnect. I missed a call yesterday because of this. - Ear buds are a bit bulky. I feel like Princess Leia a little when I wear them. :) Not a deal breaker, though! - Wish there were ear buds without "wings" Overall. I'm pretty happy with this purchase. After trying literally every band, this has been the most promising so far. I think the wireless technology still has some ways to go. ...and yes, MUSIC SOUNDS AWESOME ON THESE THINGS.

I'm a Bose lover, and this product is just ok. Maybe my ears are too small, but the always pop out of my ears.

The neck clip is too small and cheap plastic. Broke in a coupe of weeks. Difficult to adjust volume thru in line mike/volume switch Audio excellent

If you don't leave it on the charger every time you're done, when you want to use it it will have no battery. Weird because the ear piece is so big. It does fit perdy good, range is meh. Not comparable to the others at its price point. Sound is about the same as any other ear bud. Really easy to set up though.

Worked well at first. Then they would randomly shut off even though the battery was charged in full.

Great Bluetooth for the money. I like everything about the unit with the exception of the battery life. All and all well worth the money.

Picks up all background noise. People hear the background noise nore than they hear me.

I did not like these headphones was really disappointed because I am such a big Bose fan. Headphones are just too BULKY

For the money, I honestly expected more. Not comfortable in ear. Doesn't get very loud and I expected cleaner sound at this price

Been having problems since I first got them music stops playing every other 3 seconds when I shift my phone from my right hand to my left

For me, the clarity is great but I have a little earlobes so they don't fit perfectly in my ear but they are still better than apples earbuds

This thing sounds pretty good, crafted nice but battery life is horrible, I returned them for jaybirds..

I picked it up when I realized that I needed a Bluetooth headset. I have a couple of bose earphones and sound link so this was an obvious choice but after an interval training the sound had loud shrieks and battery too was not giving me proper backups. I returned it. However I will still recommend it to anyone as I am hoping I only got a faulty product.

These were nice. Bought them for work but the still seem to pop off my ear. Ended up exchanging them for AirPods.

I purchased these headphones to use while I’m commuting, listening to music in the office, and to make calls frequently. Once I upgraded to an iPhone without an audio jack wireless headphones became a must primarily because it’s impossible to charge your phone and use headphones without an adapter. I did not want to purchase any wireless headphones offered by Apple in protest. So I opted for Bose I prefer these since they are attached and reduce the risk of me losing one. The sound quality is exceptional!!! Way better than my over ear beats studio headphones. I can wirelessly connect to multiple phones and the headphones read the caller ID when I receive a call. It also announces when a call has eneded. If I’m Listening to music when a call comes in it pauses the music and immediately resumes play once the call is over. The headphones also seem to last forever and I use them a lot throughout the day and frequently forget to turn them off. I have noticed they have a sleep feature in which they reduce power usage when I don’t have any music playing or I’m not on a call but they are still on and they wake automatically when a call comes in. Also if they are off and I want to answer a call with them, all I have to do is turn them on and they pick up the call. None of these features are offered with my beats. They also fit my ears very comfortably and comes with S/M/L ear adapters. I use the small adapters and have never had the earbuds fall out of my ears. These are hands down the best headphones I’ve ever used.

The only thing that could use some improvement is the the way the cord is secured to clip and to clothing. Doesn't always stay secure to cord

Love all Bose product for the sound but wont suggest for sport use lot chunky and falls of from ear when running with it

Very average for Bose. Doesn't sound much better than Scull Candy. Doesn't stay in my ears as advertised.

After 6 months of using, certain parts started coming off. Bass is moderate compared to other headphones at a similar price.

I like these except the battery life is horrible i fully charged them after 3 or 4 hours they were at 30%.
