The are ok, battery life could be longer and there humming in the background when there is no sound.

I purchased these with the excitement that bose is a leader is sound quality. I had to turn the volume all of the way up and I still couldn't hear very well. I ended up returning these within the first 2 weeks and tried Jaybird. Jaybird is the way to go!

Bought a pair in Nov. 2017 after reading great reviews. They were never a comfortable fit. The right ear lost volume by about 3/4. Not sure why, it just happened about half way thru the day. I will be bringing them back to see if the Replacement plan covers it.

Sound good but don't stay in ear. Any movement and they fall out.

Headsets are to big and lack noise cancellations which makes it hard to hear your caller.

My Son has not had them for long enough to give a good review. He likes them and uses them everyday.

I have switched these headphones out so many times. They are great when they are new. As time pass, they develop different issues. This time the volume is almost gone on one side. Calls are distorted and the battery does not last long.

They are great but i dont hear a difference between my 30 dollars headphone and the soundsports.

Voice quality is amazing as expected but not very comfortable during exercise. Ear pieces are heavy.

Best sounding, lightweight, in ear but not the “bud” style which is more comfortable for me and doesn’t make my ear hot. Battery lasts a decent amount of time. Locks good in my ear so doesn’t fall out. 10/10 rating.

Headphones sound and fit pretty good, but the clip that attaches the headphones cord to your shirt constantly comes off. You would think for such high quality headphones they would have something better than a cheap plastic clip holding the cord in place. Truly disappointed at Bose.

The first pair simply stopped working after 4 months and had to be replaced under warranty. The replacement pair only lasted 7 months before they had problems as well. Sweat appears to be getting inside them, as partway into a sweaty workout, they'll start acting up. The earbuds will perceive the volume up button to be pressed when it isn't, increasing the volume to the max and causing my iPhone to repeatedly beep to indicate it's at max volume. Most of the time, I have to just stop wearing them. Often the power button ceases to work for some time after (until they dry out.) Don't waste your money.

Sound quality is ok but I expected more for a bose brand, came back and returned it.

they do work very well...for the few weeks that they work. After a while they dont hold a charge as long, then eventually won't charge at all. Customer service has been excellent, they've replaced for free all FOUR pair that stopped working. At this point I wish they'd just do a refund. Not the quality expected of Bose

Made the decision to purchase these after trading a set of powerbeats 3 that never quite fit the way I anticipated and these are even worse. Awkward to put in correctly after trying every size earbud that's included. Since they don't fit the sound is miserable and wish it had an option that added support around the ear instead of only inside.

Buds are a little too big for ears, fall out. good sound.

The SoundSports are great for exercising. Tried listening to them at work and made me feel sick.

Great head phones. Wire started to unravel after 2 months. Now very staticky.

these are a really good pair of earbuds but they're not perfect. my main reason for taking off a star is because you are only given ear pieces that do not block background noise so unfortunately they did not sound that great while i was at work. powerbeats comes with both. as far as sound quality i would prefer the sound of these over the powerbeats when not using the equalizer. rap was the only genre that sounded ok instead of great. i think that with a little more bass the sound quality would be 100 percent perfect. when playing around with the equalizer, it was a different story. i personally thought the eq set on treble boost when using the powerbeats sounded better. these on bass boost didnt do much. for most people you can't go wrong with bose. comfort, the voice that tells you battery percentage and pairing... basically all the other features are better than any other pair out there. its just unfortunate that these are not good for a noisy environment.
