We're happy to hear that you like the audio performance of the headphones, but sorry to hear that you personally find they're lacking in bass feedback. Have you tried connecting them to an alternative device to compare results? Additionally, on your music source device you will have audio adjustment EQ's to manually increase or decrease audio features like bass playback.

While they’re delivering on this promise for the vast majority of owners, we’ve found that a small percentage of customers, like you, have experienced a problem under specific conditions related to extreme levels of sweat and moisture.
We’ve taken every SoundSport wireless headphone that’s been returned to us, tore them down in our labs, and now have a solution. Going forward, every SoundSport wireless headphone will include this update, and they'll be ready by the end of August.

I am deeply sorry to hear that you aren't satisfied with the sound quality or the fit of the headphones and I would love to offer some troubleshooting to help you resolve this. I would highly recommend that you firstly try different fits of the StayHear+ tips to ensure the best fit and for the most comfort. I would also recommend that you perform a reset by powering off the headphones and waiting 30 seconds before connecting them to a wall outlet via a USB for 5 seconds. Once this is done please remove the USB cable and powering the product on again.
If the issue still persists after you have attempted the troubleshooting listed above then please do reach out to our customer support team via the contact us page on our website so we can look into this issue further for you.

I tried this product with all various options but i am not happy with this product because of 2 reason 1. I am not feel the bose sound in this headset 2. Outside people can hear the audio I expected this product with great value but its not hence I returned it.
