If you are interested in headphones with our acoustic noise cancellation, then I would recommend checking out our Quiet Control 30's or the Quiet Comfort 35 II's; these headphones are both wireless and have our acoustic noise canceling technology built-in.       It's unusual that you're experiencing crackling sounds when talking on the phone with your headphones. Have you tried connecting them to another device? This would indicate whether the problem is between the connection to a particular device, or with the headphones themselves.

    The sound was great, but they stopped working just a few days after purchasing. Went back to Best Buy to have them replaced, but they were out of stock and haven't had any in stock since. Had to buy a different pair of earbuds to use in the meantime. Very disappointing.

    I loved my bose wired earphones for years, but am disappointed in their wireless version. The earphone itself is too big from the outside and heavy. The silicone earpiece comes in small medium and large. Neither of these fit my ear well. These unfortunately will need to go back. Too much money spent not to function well.

      Regarding the battery life, average usage should allow you to get 6 hours.
