      Thanks for taking the time to write this review. Sorry for the confusion but the SoundSport Wireless is not equipped with noise cancelation. If you are looking for a similar headset equipped with noise cancelation we would recommend the QuietControl 30 headphones. Regarding your battery, please allow up to two hours to fully charge the battery. A full charge powers the headphones for up to six hours.     I have had a total of 4 pair of these. The sound is awesome and just as good as the Beats. The quality sucks, because they only last about 30 minutes to a hour if you are a runner and a sweater. If you are just buying them to use and not work out they are awesome.

      We set out to make your workouts better, and engineered the SoundSport wireless headphones to be stable and comfortable, sweat and weather resistant, with amazing sound.
      For the vast majority of owners, the SoundSport wireless is delivering on its promise. But a small percentage of customers -- like you -- have experienced a problem. And that's not okay. We took every headphone returned to us, went back to our labs, and got to the bottom of it.

      We found that SoundSport doesn't perform like it should under specific conditions related to more extreme levels of sweat and moisture. And we now have a solution to make it work just as well for those customers, too. Going forward, every SoundSport wireless headphone will include this update, and they'll be ready by the end of August. Since you've had this issue, you're our priority. A new SoundSport wireless will be reserved for you, and sent free of charge.

    Poor battery life

    I bought these online Christmas Eve for a gift for my husband. After receiving them and using them only a few times, they do not hold a charge for more then 2 hrs. Tips!! We tried to return , but were told we had to go through the manufacturer, the 15 day warranty had ran out. Totally disgusted with their return policy.

    Great Sound but not very sweat proof

    After owning these for a little over a year but not using them much for the first 10 months or so, I started using these while working outside, sweating a lot. They soon quit working. I love Bose but I will be trying other brands for outside sweaty conditions.

    Sound quality is great, however the design of these earphones suck big time. Too bulky. They do not stay in the ear, they fall out easily. Too much money for a design that is full of flaws. Don't know what Bose was thinking when the made this design.

      Thanks for the providing your review of the SoundSport wireless headphones. The volume should be unchanged unless its being adjusted manually by the user. Double check the permissions on the your specific running app. Be sure it's not set to adjust the volume automatically. Please also try different apps just for troubleshooting purposes.

    I have always loved Bose sound and always had great respect for the quality. But after going through like 2 pairs of these and both falling apart in such a fast manner I have lost all respect for their craftsmanship. If you want headphones that last. Do not go with Bose!

    The headphones are good but they tend to break up quite a bit. I read in reviews that they hold connection very well but definitely not in my case. I use them for workouts in the gym every morning and notice they break up sporadically during my workout. For the price paid, I would not recommend these headphone.

      Hi! I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the wireless capability of our SoundSport In-Ear headphones, and am saddened to hear that you were unimpressed by the sound quality. When it comes to sound quality, I would normally advise that you check this with more than 1 device and source to check that the sound quality is not limited to these specific items. If so, I would recommend that you check through the EQ settings of that device/source for a balance you're happy with!
