They slide from side to side and fall off a lot. The sounds are great and they stay in the ear well unless you only have one in if u don’t the other side will pull till it slides off.

Will be taking these back!!!

We tried in multiple locations with the same result. Very disappointed because we have a lot of Bose products and usually love the quality.

We would be curious to know if you've tried all three sizes of the included StayHear+ Sport eartips. Some users have benefited from trying a different size in each ear. The medium set is already installed out of the box, and there will be a small and large set in the bottom of the package.

I assumed that you could use them while you swam. This is not the case. That was the purpose i purchased them. I hate returning things so I will use them when i work in the yard. Not having a cord to deal with is vital. These earbuds meet all of my expectations and have great sound. In typical Bose fashion the bass is great and the sound is full. In addition they fit well and stay on the ear. Battery life is solid as well. Highly recommended for someone looking for quality, low profile ear buds.

Dies within 5 minutes of being in the sauna, if you are in the gym working out and leave your portable media device in the locker it disconnects and battery doesn't hold charge for longer than 4 hours.

Just to let you know, the operating temperate range for the headset is -4° F to 113° F, and if fully charged before each use, the battery should give you up to 6 hours under moderate volume levels. Complete disappointment first pair after going for a run left speaker completely went out. Best buy has excellent service so they exchanged the headphones and I decided to give Bose another try only to encounter the same problem 2 additional times. 3 pairs in one week, I would stay away from them. worse part is when I contacted Bose I was not impress by their customer service be ready to receive a very general I am sorry answer
