Battery Charging is Horrible

For the price they are over priced and the quality of craftsmanship is poor. After a few months the cover to the USB charging port broke off. This is a rubber piece that after time will break off. My biggest complaint is the battery. After plugging them in to charge, the headphone indicator light goes green as they are fully charged, when in actuality they are only 20%. You have to reset the processor and it may work, even at times leaving them plugged in overnight the maximum is 90%. Bose believes their brand deserves a premium, make a quality product and I would then be OK paying more. This is not a unique instance, search online and you will see numerous customers with the same issue.

They sound horrible, the highs are just that. They feel really heavy on my ears too. All the sudden the lows are gone with the newer headphones. Saddened here, it's time to move on to another manufacturer.

Next, pretty bad delay in the audio when watching videos. OK, so they are not horrible but they are certainly not great.

The rubber ear inserts were too large for my ears. They never fit comfortable. Decided to put in the smaller size but realized Bose gave me 2 left ear inserts. I was annoyed with the entire product and returned.
