I am sorry that they are slipping from your ears, we recommend trying all of the StayHear Tips that come in the box to get the best fit and ensure they are secure in your ears. Some users find they need different size tips in each ear.

    Battery Charging is Horrible

    I am not impressed with these headphones. For the price they are over priced and the quality of craftsmanship is poor. After a few months the cover to the USB charging port broke off. This is a rubber piece that after time will break off. My biggest complaint is the battery. After plugging them in to charge, the headphone indicator light goes green as they are fully charged, when in actuality they are only 20%. You have to reset the processor and it may work, even at times leaving them plugged in overnight the maximum is 90%. Bose believes their brand deserves a premium, make a quality product and I would then be OK paying more. This is not a unique instance, search online and you will see numerous customers with the same issue.

    These headphones sound good, however, my pair stopped turning on due to some sort of bug. The phone turn green when plugged in, but when off the charger they wont power on or show any indicator light.

    Sound is muffled and I can hear my footsteps when I'm walking or talking. They sound horrible, the highs are just that. They feel really heavy on my ears too. All the sudden the lows are gone with the newer headphones. Saddened here, it's time to move on to another manufacturer.

    First off, they are huge and not as comfortable as the people who bought them and don't want to admit they made a mistake are telling you. Next, pretty bad delay in the audio when watching videos. OK, so they are not horrible but they are certainly not great.

    I returned it after a week. The rubber ear inserts were too large for my ears. They never fit comfortable. Decided to put in the smaller size but realized Bose gave me 2 left ear inserts. I was annoyed with the entire product and returned.
