    Terrible! stopped working after less than one year

    I purchased these at the very end of Dec 2017. They worked fine at first. Less than a year later, they began to malfunction. They do not turn on despite after a full charge overnight. When they do turn on, it will play for 5-10 minutes and turn off again. Honestly, I am hugely disappointed in Bose and the poor quality wireless headphones. I expected them to last much longer. I also purchased another pair after the initial as a gift. I am hugely embarrassed to have gift a family member an item that they will likely malfunction.

      First, we would recommend a power reset with these steps: 1. Plug the headset into a USB power supply via USB cord and wait 5 seconds. This can be the USB power supply from your phone. 2. Unplug the USB cord from the headset and wait 1 minute. 3. Reconnect the power cable and charge. When the light turns green, remove the cable and test your battery over a few hours.

    The Bose SoundSport Headphones are amazing and very well worth the money. I honestly could not believe the sound that came out of these comfortable little headphones. At first, I was unsure of the headphones because of the cord that connects them, but I was totally wrong! They are very comfortable and throw out a loud sound! These are really easy to connect to any phone or tablet. These are used more than 6 hours per day and there are no signs of wear on these. They are very durable and hold up incredibly well! These are very lightweight, so you can't even tell when you have them on beside the awesome sound you are hearing! The bass in these headphones are amazing! You can hear each word that is being said perfectly! If you are looking for something of great quality, I would highly recommend giving these a try!

    Great Headphones for Workouts

    I am very happy with my purchase. I originally had Jaybird x2 that I bought because everyone else was claiming them as 'best'. I got perfect seal only few times, and they were very uncomfortable. Soundsports wireless are my 5th Bose headphones. I was never disappointed with Bose quality. The worst part for me were the cables when they were torn, and wires were sticking out. I advise people to buy protection plan so GeekSquad replace headphones if they will get damaged/torn. I assume that after longer usage of this headphones, the same issue with sticking out wires may happen. Overall sound quality is great, and fit is above expectations. I had my workout with them and they didn't fall even once, even though I was very sweaty. Treble, bas and mids are well balanced and sounds is better than in Jaybird x2 in my opinion. I would recommend this product to everyone that want to workout, sweat, or for normal non active use. The only cons are that they are not loud as some people are claiming, and for some people it may be annoying that they let ambient sound to leak in but of course only for some people. Headphones for active people should let some sound to leak in, so while you are running or biking you can head car/pedestrians approaching. I am very pleased with this product and I don't regret buying it.

    Fantastic wireless headphones

    These are my favorite wireless earbuds I've tried. They feel great and aren't as bulky/heavy as they might look at first glance. They feel fantastic in your ear, and I usually don't like the kinds that kinda of feel like they're clogging your ears up. They also hold well while running. I didn't experience them really losening up on my jogs. The sound is good, even on streamed music, and it sounds good with all types of music. The bass is better than I expected for in ear headphones. The only thing that really cost it a star was something that seems a little recurring with Bose headphones which is it would be great if the max volume went one or two clicks higher than it does. Some songs are hard to rock out to, but others on the max setting are fine. Using an amp should fix this problem though. I would recommend these to any headphone fan.

    They weren't as good as the Beats wireless headphones I had before. Sound was fine, and connecting them was easy. I didn't like the way they go in your ears. It wasn't comfortable running with them, they are also a little bigger/bulkier.

    These headphones cut in and out. They can be less than one foot from a device and they will cut out. Phones include blackberry, android and it does this on my surface pro 4. Wait a couple more years until you by bluetooth headphones.

    I am a big fan of Bose products and have several of their items. I usually don’t have any issue with Bose headset but this particular headset stopped charging after a few weeks of use.

    Purchased on Black Friday, tried smallest ear bud in package and it wouldn’t go in my ear. Returned for Jaybird X4. Maybe good for some with larger ear holes. I am used to skull candy style and they fit great.

    Had to return them. I was very disappointed with these phones. Once I gave them a full charge. I would use them for about an hour or two. I would then place them in there carrying case. I would go to use them the next day and they would be completely dead. So I would have to recharge them again. This would continue to happen on a normal bases. So I called Bose. They said that they shouldn’t be doing that. They then instructed me to take them back to the store and exchange them. Which I did. The new ones work just fine. But the sound quality isn’t as good as I was hoping.

    Left ear starting making awful noises, then after I re-charged they would only play for 30 minutes then just shut off. Turning them back on they would report "battery 90%" and again shut off after only 10 minutes.. returned to store.

      For the majority of customers, the SoundSport wireless is delivering on its promise – it’s a headphone that’s stable and comfortable, sweat and weather resistant, with amazing sound. But, like you, a small percentage of owners have experienced a problem, and that’s not okay.
      We’ve taken every headphone returned to us and analyzed them in our labs to get to the bottom of the issue. We discovered SoundSport wireless doesn't perform like it should under specific conditions related to heavy sweat and moisture. And we now have a solution to make it work just as well in these situations, too.

    Not the best headphones in this price point. They felt weird in my ears and kept falling out every time I ran. I ended up returning them to get Beats! I generally like Bose too, but this did not work for me.

    No balance control. The first one went low on one side and was replaced by Bose. The replacement just went bad after 4 months.

    I know that $129 in today’s market doesn’t get too much, but I really thought they would sound better. The charging cable that came with them is also way too short.

    Do not waste your money!! I bought these almost a year ago and about 2 months ago they started giving me issues. At first something was going on and they would not turn off. They worked fine but when I wanted to turn them off I had to let the battery run completely out. Then all of a sudden they started working fine. Now they just turn off and stop working whenever they feel like it. What a nightmare. I wish I saved my money.

    It lasted for a while but wasnt durible enough to take my abuse after using over a year at the gym and I had to eventually just switch to apple wireless ipods.

    I wanted these to wear during my workouts. I was not blown away with the sound quality. I was disappointed with the physical build of them because any type of moderately fast movement & they poped right out of my ear.

    These aren't all they're cracked up to be. I had to turn the volume up more than on the LG brand. These didn't work out, so I returned them & purchased another pair of LG.

    Love the sound but the battery doesn’t last any time, I’m very disappointed with this product. Very expensive to not last, I’ve been using JBL mini for a few years and only charge those once every two weeks.

    Broke after I used them about 5 times and while the sound is great they don't stay in your ears. I am a big Bose fan but not for these things. Stay away
