Not good for talking. I was purchasing this headset 99% of the time for talking on my cell not for listening to music. No one could hear me on the other end of the phone so I returned it.

Poor sound output and eventually stopped working within a year. Cord between them is very short

These are a pain. The ear "stays" are nowhere near as comfortable as other in ear buds. The large part that sticks out of your ear causes uncomfortable torque on the ear. These also allow in a lot of ambient noise and do not have any noise cancelling capabilities. Additionally, the battery runs out very quickly and charging these should be easier than having to remove the stopper on the port. Plus, I guarantee that in short order the rubber flap that covers the charging port will tear off. Highly recommend something else like the LG Tone series.

Purchased these headphones during Christmas. I have another pair of Bose and really like the product.. Read great reviews about it. Main purpose is to use it at work. The headphones sound goes in and out which is terrible when i am listening to music. Bose prides themselves in quality. I mean come on guys.... And the battery life is horrendous. I charge it to 100% after only an hour I am at 60%. The charge on the headphones only last for about 4 hours. When I read the specs the battery is suppose to last for 6 hours.

Battery does not last more than 1 hour after 7 months, Great audio quality and connectivity distance. Can't skip songs.

The ear buds did not fit my ear, and the sound quality was tinny. Too much treble not enough base. I will return these probably at a lower price since the package was opened.

Purchased these to replace my Jaybird x2 headphones, however, these never quite met my expectations. In fact, they were completely useless after 6 months, as they began to fall apart.

They worked fine until they stopped working. Purchased on 1/29/22 and on 3/4/22 they would not charge or turn on. The return date is 3/7/22 but I’m out of the country with no way to return the headphones. I called Best Buy customer service wanting an extension on the return date, and because I bought them in store I was told to call the store. How does this make sense…

Compared to my Beats wireless this did not come close. The battery life was terrible and the sound was ok. Not worth the few dollars saved.

This is my third pair and after six months I usually end up with the same problem. The unit stops charging. I always get the warranty so I can get it replaced.

Ear piece breaks too easy. Not one of Bose best items. This only lasted for a few weeks before I broke it. We won't buy this again.

I wanted to experience this product for several reasons, those reasons are as follows: When someone hears about Bose, they instantly think about high quality sound, great home theater surround sounds, Bose is a prestigious company that is very well known. I wanted to see if Bose could bring their pristine sound to a device so small like this one. I wanted to see if their amazing engineering could succeed in compacting it in something that is convenient for people to take anywhere they go. My expectations in this product were to hear the satisfaction of good base along with good treble. I feel like many companies have a forte in either one or the other; for example, Anker sound buds sport does a very good job with their treble, but lacks a good base release. Bose does a great job in producing this with their big speakers, but I wasn’t expecting them to actually succeed with having the perfect combination of both of them. I will give then a 100 on getting the amazing balance with both. The treble can go very high and the base goes very low and deep. It feels like I’m listening to a subwoofer with an amplifier that is perfectly equalized. Were my expectations met? ABSOLUTLY! There are many genres of music and it does very well with making those songs sound live. I’ve used them a lot around the house while cleaning and doing errands, I have also used them when I have gone out for a walk or run. Some headphones get a little distorted with their sound when there is harsh movement, but the Bose headphones did an excellent job with keeping the same sounds throughout without interruptions. I think the design could use a little more improvement. I have small inner ears so even while using the smallest ear bud I still had trouble adjusting it and getting it in a comfortable position. Although while running the sound was great sometimes I would have one ear bud fall off which wasn’t so great since these are supposed to be sport headphones. But, like I said before the sound quality was perfect while being outside. Another thing is, yes the sound quality is unbeatable, but maybe engineers can try to see if they can make the speakers a little bit smaller while feeding our ears with the same sound quality. I also think that the hook piece on the earbud could be a little bit longer for more grip, maybe if that were a little longer it wouldn’t fall out as often. The headphones are very easy to use and has some nice features to it. When the headphones connect to a device it instantly tells you what device you’re connected to, it tells you battery percentage, notifies you when a call ends or when it is answered. The headphones are not just regular headphones, but they are smart ones too. Overall I am satisfied with everything about the device except for the full outer design. Bose did great with the compact design, but maybe in the future they can have another success and go smaller. So would I recommend this product to other people? YES! When it comes to pristine sound I don’t think anyone can beat the king of speakers. If you purchase this product you will get used to another level of sound that many people unfortunately can’t experience. Bose makes you appreciate music on another level.

Shortly after purchase headphones stopped Bluetooth connection with all devices. Best Buy said they couldn’t help me and I would have to contact manufacturer.

I have $15 headphones that sound better cannot believe how bad they are what happened to Bose used to be great...these are so bad! Most DEF not worth the money

Due to the design, if you are running or moving actively then they will start to fall out of your ear. They really need to be supported around the ear due to how heavy they are.

I use these at the gym and the sound is barely audible. They fit poorly in my ears. Even when the volume is at maximum, I can hardly hear the music. I can't recommend them.

I've been a huge Bose headphone fan for years. I currently own 3 pairs of Bose headphones, one of which is the wired SoundSports. I love them. I use them for exercise, casual music/movie watching on my iPad, and also as a phone headset. The only downside had been wires directly to my iPhone and iPad. I finally broke down last week and bought a pair of Powerbeats 2 Wireless. They were a great set of wireless earbuds. Yes, the base was a little much and the buds would sometimes loose their grip during heavy exercise. Overall I was happy and would have settled on them until I learned last night that Bose had launched their Wireless SoundSports. I immediately went to the store exchange. The following should help you decide if they are right for you. 1) You want Wireless Bluetooth headphones 2) You want sound that provides a balance of sound between high, mid and low ranges 3) You want your earbuds to provide comfortable fit If you answered yes to all the above, The Bose Wireless SoundSports are for you.
