Great wireless headphones

It took just a couple quick steps to hook up the bluetooth. They are very comfortable to wear for a long period of time. A nice small case with a carabiner comes with so you hopefully don't lose them. The sound quality is awesome. I would expect nothing less from Bose. The one small con I would say is it is hard to see the "R" and "L" to know what earbud goes in what ear, so I just look at the controls and know it wears on the right. The buttons are easy to push and use. I wish the headphones came in many different colors. The blue is ok but I like neutral colors. I highly recommend this product.

Bluetooth continuously disconnect and or powers off. Once powered off you have to connect it to the power source in order to turn the device back on that informs you a good amount of battery life is still avail. This crap is not worth it the cost. The product and result of it is not what I expected from this brand

Broke after a year

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not worth the prices when it comes to sound quality and they never really fit in my ear which is annoying when I go on a jog, having to always readjust them. the pause button had a long lag to my mobile devices. Worst of all, they broke right after the short 1 year Bose warranty after everyday use. One day, they got hot while in the charger and stopped working. Pretty disappointing

I had forgotten to recharge my headphone one night. Next morning, it said my charge was 20%. I thought would last 30 min and went our for a run. In about 5 minutes, the battery died and it would not recharge again. I have 6 different Bose products and have been very satisfied with all of them. I would by it again in few months in hopes that Bose would have fixed the issue by then.

We’ve taken every headphone returned to us and analyzed them in our labs to get to the bottom of the issue. We discovered SoundSport wireless doesn't perform like it should under specific conditions related to heavy sweat and moisture. And we now have a solution to make it work just as well in these situations, too.
Going forward, every SoundSport wireless will include this update, and they’ll be ready by the end of August if you’re interested in trying them again. Amazing Wireless Headphones!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose really knocked it out of the park with these headphones, the sound quality is amazing, I have read some comments about the headphones not being loud enough but let me tell you at least to me they are loud...they have great bass also which makes bass heavy music sound really great...they are very light headphones and very comfortable as well...the Bluetooth pairing is extremely easy and calls sound great on the headphones....I would def recommend these headphones to anyone looking for a great pair of headphones for working out.

Not as much bass as the wired ones but it still has a lot of bass just a more natural sound not as heavy. But is so much more clear like the clarity is absolutely beautiful and they're extremely comfortable. And don't be fooled by bulkiness they're very light and stay in your ear if you're doing a lot of aggressive moving.So glad I got these very pleased!
