I have bought many things from bose but these headphones meant for running and activities are not any good. When you run they make it hard to listen to your music because the ear piece is too heavy. You can actually here it when you run. It's a super awful product I bought it in November and which I would get my money back or send it back. Not impressed at all. I went back to my wired earphones.

Only the router and power cord came with this product. Went online to find instructions for setting up. However, it did not work. Called Best Buy Geek Squad tech support. They refused to help me unless I paid them $100 for tech support. Will be returning to Best Buy soon as it does not work. I would suggest buying this product new as the refurbished ones obviously have not been repaired.

Not be able to link after second try. Have no choice to return to Bestbuy store. Expect some comments or suggestion from store member because I reaaly want a Bose wireless headphone. But receive a cool answer from return clerk saying that the product is probably dead. I think Bose needs to pay attention on its product quality. (Own two Bose wire headphones)

The muddy, bass heavy sound from these is not something that should be paid for at a rate of $150+, and on top of that the battery dies way too fast.

Posted .Sorry to hear about this experience. The SoundSports do come with 3 sized ear tips, we hope one of the other sizes will work better. That may help with the audio issue, you may also want to try re-pairing it with your device to improve the audio experience.

This was my 2nd set, and they failed to charge after 2 weeks of owning it. Got a replacement from Bose (black), had them 4 days, and again, THEY WON'T CHARGE!!!! Check my review name, says exactly how I feel about this headset. Frustrated I spent money on a second pair, and too late to return them.

You will receive 6 hours of battery life, apologies that this does not appear to be the case, even with your replacements. This is very bizarre, do ensure that you are charging your headphones with the provided charging cable as well as ensuring you are within the maximum Output Voltage: 5 Volts 1 Amp. Any higher could potentially damage product.

Earbuds do not secure

They don't stay in my ear when running or biking. They are heavy and a little akward when in. And to make matters worse, they completely died after 2 months. I previously owned a $15 pair off Amazon that lasted 9 years and had the same sound quality. Nothing about these is worth the price.

It's a shame that you've not been happy with these headphones. Our StayHear+ tips come in multiple sizes to suit different ear sizes. I'd recommend trying these out.

Volumn adjusts automatically making it hard to hear. Cord is too short making it hard to use controls. No call or recieve button to answer or end calls. Earbud fit is unacceptable - if leave one side out to hear others the inserted side will be pulled out of the inserted ear with any movement side to side.
