    Did not like them. The neck strap was way to short, kept falling down or getting snagged. The ear pieces were acquired an sound wasn't very good. The microphone makes it sound like you are ruffling paper in the background.

    I’m so pleased with the Bose Soundsport Wireless headphones. The sound quality is excellent, delivering the perfect amount of bass. They have been my favorite headphones I’ve had making my workouts a lot more fun with my favorite music playing. I think they do a great job blocking outside noise and they stay charged very well. Comfortable & easily pairs via Bluetooth.

    I purchased this as a gift for my brother on his birthday. The sound quality was horrible and very low. He brought it back and they said maybe a defective pair. Have him another set and the same thing. Exchanged for JBL that was cheaper and better sound.

    Great Running EarBuds!

    I was offered to try the Bose Sound Sport Wireless in exchange for an honest review. I am an avid runner (5ks to Marathons) and I work out often while listening to music. I enjoy the freedom of using a wireless headset. The headset is really good on battery. I used it everyday for 5 days straight and I didn’t need to charge the battery. The sound quality is amazing. It definitely blocks out outside noise; so I had to keep the volume lower while running outside in order to hear cars and people passing. I work from home a couple of days a week and I also enjoyed using the headset to take conference calls and walk about freely. I was surprised at how far I could walk way from the phone and still be connected. I also liked that I can connect the headset to multiple bluetooth devices at the same time. I used the headset the most while running both indoors and outdoor. The last time I used it was for a 5 mile race, running in pouring rain. The sound was on point, the earbuds didn’t slip out; overall help up very nicely. The only CON I could find for the product is the charging cable it’s so short, but I guess I could try to use any micro-USB charger. One last thing i wanted to note is BOSE customer service is exceptional. The first headset I received would not charge. I called in, they took my info and sent me a UPS label the same day so I could send the defective set back. Within the week I had the new headset which works fantastic! I would recommend this product for anyone, but if you lead an active lifestyle and don’t like to hassle with wires, this is the heed you want.

    Not that great for a BOSE product

    I have had a few problems with these headphones. Never says correct charge, After I plug it in to charge after ten minutes it will say 100% charged but then after listening they die right away. The left speaker went out after a few months, needed to replace and then the same thing happened with replacement pair.

      So sorry that you needed to replace your headphones due to audio and charging issues. This is not normal to occur with two consecutive pairs.
      Keeping your headphones up to date at http://btu.bose.com is a great way to prevent any issues. Also keeping the headphones in the provided case and within -20°C to 45°C should prevent the earbud from braking.

    BEST BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES

    Like the tittle says... They are amazing! I had the Jaybird x2 and, i hate them so much. They are way overrated. The sound is awful, theres nothing great about the flat cheap sound. This headphones have a PUNCHY bass, but everything sound so clear! I can distinguish ever instrument being played.. that how good they are! They are very comfortable! Hands down the best wireless bluetooth for your $150.. I repeat... STAY AWAY FROM JAYBIRD X2 PLEASE!

    Stopped working after 3 weeks. Horrible! They connect to the devises, but sound failed. I tossed out the packaging when I bought them so I can't return them. I had bought a pair years ago and thought the quality would last. Disappointed.

      I'm sorry to hear that you think that the earbuds are too heavy!
      The StayHear® Max tips are made of similar soft silicone material as the original StayHear+ QC tips and have a similar umbrella shape, which creates a gentle seal at the entrance of the ear canal for optimal noise cancelling and audio performance. But the means of attachment are different; the StayHear® Max eartips wrap around the earbud acoustic package, which allows the bud to sit closer to the head.
      To ensure proper comfort and headphone performance, Bose QuietComfort® Earbuds come with three sizes of soft eartips. It’s important to find the appropriate tip size for your ears. Be sure to download the Bose Music app and go through the eartip-sizing tutorial. You may have to experiment to determine which tip size is the best fit for each ear — and it’s not at all unusual to find you need a different size in each ear. This should help your earbuds to stay in place whilst working out.

    Don’t buy if you have all small ears

    I’m sure these are great if they fit in your ears. I’m a small person (5’ tall) and my ears are small too. The issue has nothing to do with the part that fits directly into the ear canal. It’s the giant piece attached to it (the speaker or whatever it is). It needs to fit into the structure of your ear m to be stable and I was out of luck
