The battery runs out very fast and it hurts the ears the rubber

Sound is ok but the bulkiness does not allow the headphones stay in the ear as well as they should.

These Bluetooth earbuds worked with my MacBook Air one time, and after that would never connect. I checked online, and dozens of users had the same problem, and no one had a fix for this problem. Neither Bose nor Best Buy gave any warning or indication that these earbuds don’t work with Apple devices. But they don’t.

Maybe my set is just damaged somehow, but my battery will only last 2 hours. On top of that there is a static sound coming in through the left ear bud. I've tried to return them but BB said they can't take them back. I read reviews and thought it would be a good, less-expensive option for workout earphones, but I don't think my set lives up to the ratings.

BOSE is solid, but these fell short in the sound department for me. Definitely not enough loudness.

These are the best sounding and most comfortable bluetooth headphones I've ever purchased (and I've tried quite a few). My complaint with all of the previous was that none of them sounded great and/or fit well. I can wear these soundsports for hours and they sound nearly as good as my twice as expensive over-ear Bose headphones. These also stay in when I'm working out or running; what more can you ask for! Well, actually a couple things: - These headphones die quickly (but also charge quickly) - I'm not sure that the headphones are recognizing their actual charge well when charging, because I can have it plugged in for a few minutes after being near dead, and they'll say they're mostly charged when I connect them to my phone. However, they'll then proceed to die very quickly. - The first pair of these that I bought broke very quickly (within a couple of months, not heavy use). They wouldn't turn on no matter how charged they were. I had the Geeksquad plan luckily. But if I didn't have that... yikes. That's not good for such an expensive product. - Very minor, but I wish the cable tethering the two earbuds were a bit shorter.

The sound is very low for it to be BOSE. I expected a lot better

I love to work out - hike, walk, gym, but have had a very hard time finding something that will stay in my ears when I sweat. Luckily, I found these. The fit securely in the ears and for the most part they stayed put. The earpiece is a bit bulky and I felt as though they were sticking out - but it didn't diminish quality or clarity. I do wish there was a slightly smaller earpiece size - but that is just getting nit-picky. The sound is amazing, as you would expect from Bose. While at the gym, I was able to hear clearly with great clarity and quality. I know that they are not noise canceling but, I do wish it would keep out a little more noise. It may sound like a small detail – but I love the clip on the cord. I have problems with earphones falling into my shirt sometimes, and with this – they stay put and if I happen to take them out for any reason, they are right where I clipped them. I will say that when talking on the phone, I have had a little problem with people hearing me. I adjusted the microphone and it did get better – I just don’t believe I should have to move it around for people to hear me. I was thrilled to know that the headphones pair with more than one device - this is fabulous when getting in/out of car, office, etc. I never thought it was something I'd need/want. Overall – these are great headphones. I haven’t had any real problems that couldn’t be solved. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for wireless headphones that are not noise canceling

Stopped working within a month of purchase and insurance plan is a scam

I actually returned it because I didn't like this wireless headset that had a wire.

Terrible charge retainingI have only had it her two months approximately I’m unable to return it at this time but it does not hold a charge at all it’s taking me a long time to return it and now they won’t give me the money or exchange for another product don’t buy it

Short battery life. It need a longer battery life to last thru the day.

I love them they hit every Mark for sound quality, talk about the best sounding earbuds you'll ever put on, you'll find yourself being able to turn off the outside world and get lost in the incredible sound quality I owned Bose headphones before but these are by far the best sounding yet the comfort is even better than you expect they stay secure even through the most vigorous workouts,or whether you're biking or just plain working around the house the quality is nothing short of what you expect from a Bose product in the best thing of all is that they're Wireless. If there was one feature I think could use some help is the volume adjustment and pause buttons are very close together and you have to feel around to get the right one other than that I cannot say enough good things about them since wearing them I cannot go to the gym without them no more wires to interfere with your workouts, the one day I forgot them and had to go back to my earbuds with the wires it was truly horrible I will not work out without them anymore, I am a Wireless fan for life I highly recommend them to all of you looking for the best sounding most comfortable wireless headphones at a price that you think you stole them from Bose, because once you try them you to will never be without them they are truly the last pair of headphones you will ever have to buy...

I bought these to replace a pair of lost powerbeats. The sound is a lot better and they are a lot more comfortable. They have better bass and midrange than the powerbeats. Since you can't really try out earbuds, I thought buying a good brand, comfort wouldn't be an issue. Not the case with the power beats. The Bose is very comfortable, they stay put and sound amazing.
