Sound stage not that great. Also mic is not good. People find lot of background noise.

First bought Jaybird X3. No bass all treble. Piercing sound. Returned for Bose and should have known. Great bass and mid. Crystal clear sound. Fit in ear great no movement. Easy to set up. Great range. Definite buy. Best wireless sport headphones out on market. Only con wish could turn even louder. But can adjust song volume in itunes to Fix my low volume songs and walla

These headphones did not work at all- would not connect to phone

I have bose speakers and also soundsport headphones and I have been very satisfied with these previous items. But I am very disappointed with this wireless bose as it is not really made for sports. Just jogging and produces loud thumps every step I made. Bass overshadows mids and highs. Not good bose product

When I first got it i had no issues at all. 2-3 months later it skips in and out

I used them for a run and they were ok had a clicking noise in one ear when my feet hit the pavement, charged them at 40% and took on a mountain bike ride and half way in they said 70% and went dead. I was very disappointed with Bose. Returned them but couldn't bring myself to get another pair. Went with jaybird instead.

Bose® - Soundsport® Wireless Headphones - Black are pretty awesome! First of all, finally no wires hanging from my phone in order to listen to my headphones! Yeah! Second of all...........they fit perfectly so I don't have to worry about them falling out of my ears when running, working out, etc.... I was excited to try the wireless headphones as I was tired of dangly wires all the time!! I did not expect them to be this nice & easy to use! Not only do they fit perfectly, but they sound awesome! They have far exceeded my expectations for sure. I have been able to work out, clean the house, do laundry and more with the headphones in & ready to go. And guess what? They last for a full six hours on a charge! I was so impressed. It is a great design and they are so easy to use! Simply pair with your phone & you are ready to listen to an awesome concert all from the comfort of your own home or wherever you may be! They have GREAT sound quality that I have yet to be able to find in earbuds. These are oh so much more! All of my friends have asked me about them, which is perfect as I know they will make a great gift for anyone! I would and have recommended this great product. I did not receive any compensation for this review. The opinions are entirely my own.

While my callers were putting up with the poor voice quality from my end while using this earbuds, one of the speakers itself stopped working around 10 months after purchase :( Didn't expect this kind of product from Bose. Terribly disappointed.

Earpieces are big, does not look good and slips out

I've spent more money than Id like to admit buying headphones and earbuds over the years, and for what these are Im simply blown away. Ive tried many different wireless options, but these virtually disappear when wearing them. They are super comfortable, and the sound is clean with good bass and mids at every level, even call quality is great. I got these along with the qc35 and both sets are very good at what they do. They both can be worn for hours without budging or becoming Irritable. and you really do forget they are on once in place. Its a little different getting used to putting them in at first but once seated they are set. Controls are simple and charging them takes very little time for how long they last. The voice prompts to let you know how much battery life is left and what exactly you are connected to, is nice as well. The dual pairing is a very nice touch as well. Having a business and personal phone with me, and being paired to them both is a very big plus. As many others have said, there is some surrounding sound bleed through, but these were not made to block out all surrounding sound, nor isolate the music. Im sure there are some ear-tips that could help isolate the music and sound out there, but as is these are a very big plus for the wireless earbud community.

I bought them hoping the bass would hit a lot harder. A little disappointing

Really disappointed in the fit of these wireless Bose. They just don’t fit the earlobes good, keep falling out. Wanted to try something different because have twice purchases the Dr. dre and within a year they start to break apart. To late to exchange the Bose I didn’t try them out right away.

If u have tiny ear holes it’s will kit work for you

I have had to have these warrantied out 3 times in 2 years.

Lot of noise while in call, and connecting multiple device at once.

Not impressed too expensive and the sound quality is poor

In doing some research about these ear buds some mentioned that they were "pricy." For me they are worth every penny. They were easy to set up and are very very comfortable and secure. I have used a variety of ear buds in the past both blue tooth and wired. These have great sound throughout the wide range of music that I enjoy. They also work as a hands free device for taking and receiving calls from my cell phone, In the past I have paid far more for dedicated blue tooth devices that did not work nearly as well. In addition I really like that when you turn them on they tell you they are connected and to what along with the battery level - very handy. When you turn them off you are informed of the battery level as well. One thing that is neither negative or positive is the fact that these are not sound isolating. In other words, I can hear what is going on in my surroundings when I am listening to music. I like this because if I am riding my bike or doing lawn work I can hear things in my surroundings like approaching cars or my dog letting me know someone is visiting. I think that on a plane or while doing something involves a lot of background noise ear buds that are sound isolating would be preferred - Just something to keep in mind.
