    I'm really impressed with the sound quality so far. Especially the low frequencies. Nice rich bass sound. Comfort is pretty good as well.

      Thank you for reaching out for help with your headphones. We have some suggestionts to help improve your experience.

      Undesired performance may occur if the distance between the Bluetooth headset and the device becomes too great. Be sure the Bluetooth headset is within the recommended 33 foot proximity of the paired device.

      Some phones have a limited amount of spaces available for paired devices. Remove the Bose headset and any unused bluetooth devices from the phones paired list.

      If there has been no audio and no user interaction for 20 minutes, the headphones will enter into its power-saving mode - disabling the Bluetooth function to save battery power. To reenable the headphone's Bluetooth connection, press the Power button on the right earbud. The headphones will return to normal operation and attempt connect to the last device it was operating with.

    Was excited to get these home and get everything working. Before even trying to charge, connect or sync, the ear pieces kept falling out of my ears. That was the medium bud, so I decided to try the small one and got the same result. Back to Best Buy in the morning for a return.

    Don’t waste your money

    Not worth the purchase. Please do not buy this. The rubber gaskets fall apart, the logos on the ear fall off and the push to talk gasket also broke. All this happened 3 months after the purchase. I can’t even get a warranty on it. Last time I will ever buy Bose products.

    The earphones don't stay in your ears. The product is advertised as a "sport" version and should securely fit in your ear canal. These are useless as they constantly fall out of my ears while I'm running.

    I've tried Jaybirds and Beats in the past but they don't hold a candle to Bose Wireless SoundSports. Not only do they fit my ear better, but when I run or workout and build up a sweat, they don't slide out as easily as the other two. While there's not as much bass as Beats, to me that's a good thing as not every song needs to have extra bass included. Not only is the sound quality great, I also use them for work to make calls and I haven't had any complaints about sound quality.

    I’ve had these headphones for about five months. The control switch Is already breaking. The rubber around the actually earpieces already coming apart also. The buttons arent working. I wouldn’t buy these again.

    Great sound and comfort but unreliable

    Used them while working out. Loved them! Used them for a little over a month when they stopped working. Could not get them to turn on. The replacement set Bose sent me failed in one week. Same problem. Never had any problems with Bose products until now. Very disappointed!

    Battery never last for more than 15 mins

    I bought my earphones a year back but would only use once or twice a month as required but the battery will never last more than 15 mins or so. It will say the battery is 100% but after some time it will say battery 10% please charge it. So disappointed with Bose

      We noticed your review and wanted to follow-up to provide some additional information.

      We set out to make your workouts better, and engineered the SoundSport wireless headphones to be stable and comfortable, sweat and weather resistant, with amazing sound.
      For the vast majority of owners, the SoundSport wireless is delivering on its promise. But a small percentage of customers -- like you -- have experienced a problem. And that's not okay. We took every headphone returned to us, went back to our labs, and got to the bottom of it.

      We found that SoundSport doesn't perform like it should under specific conditions related to more extreme levels of sweat and moisture. And we now have a solution to make it work just as well for those customers, too. Going forward, every SoundSport wireless headphone will include this update, and they'll be ready by the end of August. Since you've had this issue, you're our priority. A new SoundSport wireless will be reserved for you, and sent free of charge.

    Audio cuts out when phone is in pocket

    I really wanted to like these, But the sound cuts out when my phone is in my pocket and I'm outside. I feel like the signal needs walls to bounce off of. They worked fine in the store for that exact reason. Bet when I started to use them outside they would constantly cut out.

    Started off great with quality and sound, after a few weeks the Bose headphones do not connect automatically and then don’t connect at all or drop out when listening to music. I have replaced three times in less than four months since purchased.
