I have purchased many earbuds and headphones by Bose. This particular pair gave me the blues. After about a month of using them I couldn’t get them to power up or on.

I was expecting more from bose the sound was no the same.

I purchased these thinking the price and brand name would give me a great sound. Not only was the quality of the music low, but talking to someone on them was met with attitude and anger as they could hear everything going on in the background. Definitely not worth it.

I tried to use the medium size earbuds that came pre-installed and they would not even go into my ear hole! Swap those out for the small earbuds and had the same result! Very disappointed! I immediately packaged it back up for a return

Just in a year, the batter has lost 70% capacity. Charge it overnight to 100%, power it on and in 2 minutes, it shows that the battery is only 30%. Not to mention its lost its value as well, I can see this being sold <$100

Very disappointed I ordered this on 11/29, it has been stuck in CT since 12/18, don't understand the hold up..one gift i could give on Christmas...won't order on line any more, not even a hot ticket item.

Every time I use the Phone feature people always say they hear a really loud noise in the background in the slightest movement of the Bose makes a lot of loud noise to the person on the other end. I wish I could get a full refund

I have been doing my research for a while, have used other brands and talked to a few people that love their Bose headphones. I personally found them to be very uncomfortable, changed to the small earbuds to see if it would help and nothing.

I purchased these mainly for video calls at work, but also exercising. I was absolutely blown away by the sound quality, and secure fit of the buds. I was having sound quality issues with my new AirPod pro’s, as well as zoom, slack and teams malfunctioning when switching between with AirPods. So happy to have headphones that last all day, have great sound quality and are easy to use. Two downsides to note - the weight of the earbud it’s self- in ear is noticeable, some sore ears here and there. Lastly, I really wish the charging experience was better- coming from Apple MagSafe charger I feel like I am a teenager charging my MP3 player all over again. I wish there was at least a case to plug charger into, the charging port Ave cable are small and difficult to handle quickly.

Look, I'll be honest. These in ears seemed a little iffy by first glance but I tried out a pair one of the best buy dudes had purchased for himself. He loved them so much he let me try his out (don't worry, he cleaned them). I was pretty surprised at how super light and comfortable they were and hot dog! I have never heard anyone say this with Bose, but I actually had to turn the volume down bc the difference in bass and overall sound is vastly better than the previous model! No joke. I read all the negative reviews on here and to be honest I do think a lot of them are fake reviews from competitors. Probably from Beats bc these babies are doing so well! I've had these guys for almost a month, no problems whatsoever. Super comfortable fit, they will not pop out and my sweat has had no impact on them and I am a heavy sweater when I work out. Or just move, lol. Super great buy, sounds freaking amazing! Quality stuff, man. Try them out. Don't believe the naysayers. Lot of Bose haters in general that will write negative reviews without actually trying out the headphones.

I bought these for a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law. She loved the sound and the way they fit. The problem was that they only lasted a few months. They would not charge. Happened of course after the time we could return them.

I am a Bose products lover but soundsport wirelesss is a high disappointment for me. This Wireless headphone call quality is not great.. It captures all background noise during call.. Which delivers a poor quality for phone calls.. Just for music its ok to buy...

I’ve never been one for in-ear headphones as they don’t stay in well. So naturally that was my biggest concern about using these headphones. However, the shape of headphones along with the interchangeable rubber pieces make them stay in like no other headphones have, no matter what I'm doing. These headphones obviously still hold up to the Bose standard of sound as well. They are also very simple to use. I had them on and connected to my phone within 30 seconds and never once even needed to open the booklet that came with them. They have a decent range for holding the Bluetooth connection. I only wish the charging cord it came with was a little longer so they could be charged in low outlets without resting on the floor. However, they are very quick to charge, (and hold the charge!). I received them with about 50% used them for a few hours before it dropped to 30% and they charged back up to 100% in about 20 minutes. If you're hesitant about trying these... don't be. They are simple, effective, and hold true to Bose quality!

I've used BT headphones for years. They work under my helmets and are perfect for the work environment. I've had good luck with LG and most recently owned the Harmon Karden version. Then I wore these. The sound. The depth the fit. I was worried about their mass but the system works. Not that subtle but either were the 901s or 301s when I was a kid. Audio art I've owned other Bose headsets and while enjoyed them never fell in love I'm in love. The sound, the battery life. The perfect fit and materials of the ear piece creating a comfortable experience. The nice attention to detail makes something that fits but fits and maintains comfort. Increasing wearabilty. While watching from my Chromebook it's incredible and lasts as long as battery on the acer. About 9 hours . My two small complaints I'm used to forward reverse next track control features. Not deal breaker work such amazing sound I would rather see a cross strap across back of neck then the useless clip that gets lost, lost or fails Neither of those are reason not to make this your choice for premium wireless audio

After just A MONTH of using it, While wearing it, I suddenly heard a hissing sound then I stopped hearing any music but hissing sound still present. I charge it when I reached home but it's not charging, hissing sound still present and not working anymore.

Bought in December, failed in March. Won't hold a charge. Return period has expired. Really, 3 months for $100 plus ear phones. What a rip. Don't buy these ever. Would hope Best Buy to stand behind it.

Unable to use. Charging cable does not fit into ear bud port. Lacks a wall charger. Lacks instructions on compatibility chargers. My daughter is unable to use it.

Since I am such an active person I thought I would try the Bose sport wireless headphones. I have been looking for a pair of wireless headphones for a while, that could keep up with my active lifestyle, as well as while I was working at my desk. Well, these do the job and do it very well. I really like the lightweight and minimalistic design. The comfort while wearing the Bose sport wireless headphones is amazing and forget that I'm wearing them. I did have to switch out the larger set of earpieces for the smallest set that was included in the box. The smaller set works pretty well, however, it could be a little bit smaller to be ideal, but not a deal breaker. That is the only negative that I can see about this product. The overall quality is exceptional and the sound quality is awesome, much better than headphones that I have used. I love the fast charging capability and not having any wires is a huge plus. I highly recommend this product for its overall value, quality, sound and features.

These headphones are impressive right out of the box. Solid construction with heavy gauge cable connecting the individual sides. So easy to setup I never even read the instructions. Easy pairing and subsequent reconnecting. Battery life has been really good so far and the BT range is impressive. And the sound is phenomenal. Crisp highs and deep, clean base. Overall, an excellent set of BT headphones. You won't be disappointed.

I was very excited to try these earbuds. Even opening the box was fun. They came packaged so nicely, it was like opening a gift. Right out of the box, they fit my ears perfectly. Very comfortable.. I downloaded the app from iTunes and was ready to go. Walking, running, weight lifting, they stay in place. I have worn them to fall asleep while listening to an audio book. The sound is great. There is no background fuzziness like I hear with other headphones/earbuds I have worn. They come with a few different sized "ear pieces", I have only used the one that was already on when they arrived. I have not tried the other sizes. They charge quickly. The carrying case makes it easy to keep track of the charger and the earbuds, both. The range seems to be pretty good too. I have worn them all over the house while leaving my phone in the kitchen. If I had to pick one thing to quibble about, it would be the app. I'm not sure downloading an app seems necessary to use earbuds.
