Didn't like the way they fit and they would fall out after a few minutes. The sound was okay but they wouldn't stay in. Not worth the price!

      Hey there,
I'm glad to hear that you like the sound quality!
Did you know that the SoundSport Wireless come with interchangeable ear tips? I would recommend trying all three sizes to get the best fit for your ears.

Broke within 3 months. Currently living in Chile replacement time 3-4 weeks. Even worse there service location is Santiago is a very unsafe area. Highly doubt Bose is even validating their service suppliers and their facilities.

    Great Purchase

Overall I am very pleased with these headsets. I have absolutely no issue synching them with my phone and the ear buds come in multiple sizes so your pretty much guaranteed a good fit. The sound is overall pretty good quality and not patchy what so ever. I would definitely buy these again. They are super easy to charge and overall very easy to use. Now two things I would like to point out about the product that could be better. One, they come with a clip on them, so they won't fall off you. My clip magically disappeared after the first use, I can only assume it fell off. Which is kind of disappointing that it wasn't on their securely. Two the volume isn't as loud as I would like it. If its a loud day at the gym I can definitely hear the people around me and it's not like in a I can hear the mummer of people kind of way. Its like I can hear what they are saying quite clearly *yick* . If the volume went up a bit more I feel like the issue would be resolved. Overall great product just a few things to be aware before making the purchase.

I would have given this 4.5 stars if I could. I love these headphones. I'm a big weight trainer, I don't do a ton of cardio but a good part of my retraining also involves jumping. These have never once fallen out on me. As for distance, I have walked all the way across la fitness and through the locker room and they never broke up, they are amazing. The battery last me about 3/4 workouts from 1-1.5 hours each. The sound is great with the right ear bud. They shouldn't be loose in your ear. I do wish they had the option to buy half sizes on the ear pieces bc I think I would be in a half size but I make it work. As far as the look of them, I'm a female so maybe it's because I have long hair. These do not look bulky on me. Yeah they could be a little thinner, which I think will probably happen with future models. But for the first wireless sport headphone brought out by Bose this is a win. I prefer these headphones over many others out there.

I have been lucky to use the SoundSport Wireless headphones for almost a month now. all i can say is WOW these things rock. I listen to music all day at work. They were really easy to pair to my iPhone and I stream music from multiple sources, Pandora, IHeart Radio, Amazon Music, etc. the quality has bee great and the battery life is way better than advertised. they are comfortable, lightweight and look good when you are in the gym working out. I would recommend these to anyone who wants a great set of headphones at a reasonable price. they have far exceeded my expectations. I feel like a rockstar when i am using them. i can go from jaming out on some streaming music with a simple click of a button to answer a phone, have a conference call and then when it ends jump right back to my jams. i have never had a set of wireless headphones that i liked as much as i do these... take it from me... you buy these you will love these... Well Done Bose.

These are great! Excellent sound, fit, and comfort. Well defined solid bass, sweet and clear midrange, and crisp natural highs. No muddy lows, harsh mids, or tinny highs. Every instrument has realistic live qualities.

By default, their normal volume is too low for my taste but once paired up with the Dolby Atmos that comes with my S9 Plus, they sound amazing. The connection is flawless and the mic is really good. Some people say the buttons are bulky, but they're actually perfect when you're out jogging and the clicky feeling when pressing them is satisfying. I was just honestly out purchasing some good Bluetooth headphones and these just happen to be good for both working out and simply listening to music. Purchased them with the geek squad protection so they're covered for the next two years. Battery life is awesome and I charge them over night around every 2-3 days depending on my use. The price is honestly worth it as you get what you pay for. I tried purchasing some cheaper ones from Amazon before purchasing these and had a horrible experience. These win hands down and I highly recommend them.

I have had this product for about a month now, I am a long distance runner and run outside and on the treadmill. I was looking for comfortable headphones with quality sound, so I decided to give these headphones a shot. The headphones stay in my ear while running, and they have a great feature with the clip so I can clip them to my shirt to be safe.I am very picky with headphones and these headphones are very comfortable and can worn for a long period of time without irritation. The sound quality is great. I run along busy roads and the treadmills at my gym can be loud, with these headphones the sound is clear. I didn't think I would enjoy wireless headphones, but I would recommend these headphone to anyone, especially runners. They are easy to connect to your phone, they stay in your ears and are comfortable, and the sound quality is excellent. I will continue to use and buy Bose headphones from now on. I would recommend these headphones to anyone.

I am a huge audiobook fan and listen every day. It’s been a challenge finding earbuds that are both comfortable and provide excellent sound. I expected top quality with the Bose SoundSport and it delivered. Very easy to use. Once paired with my device, operation was seamless. I love the integrated volume control so I don’t have to dig out my device to adjust the volume whether while listening to an audiobook or answering my phone. They charge up relatively fast. I really like the voice at start-up that lets me know what my level of charge is at since I’m horrible at always remembering to recharge my devices. The design secures the buds snugly and relatively comfortably. I wore these while working out and cleaning house and they didn’t budge. However, I do have small bumps of cartilage at the base of the C curve of my ears that the weight of the buds presses down on, making them uncomfortable for long term wearing. I would still highly recommend checking out the Bose SoundSport for yourself.

I wait for two months of my purchase to write something about this earbuds, what can I say, since a came to the US and I know about the brand Bose I fall in love, amazing quality, great sound, etcetera. I did a lot of research to find the right earbuds for me but always this brand was top of my list, the day that I finally make my decision my only concern was don't have the opportunity to use one of this first, but was all fine, this product is my best friend in the gym the days that I have the chance to go, I have ugly and strange ears but fit perfectly, the sound is great and never fall, the charge is awesome, and for me looks very nice, until now I only have good words for Bose and his products, I know that I never gone feel disappointed, for a guy who never thought spend $150 in a pair of earbuds I am sure this totally worth. Sorry my English.

    Great Wireless Headphones

I must tell you to start off with that I got to try these Bose SoundSport Wireless Headphones for free. Right out of the box I thought they had a cool and stylish look to them. I do wish they came in more women friendly colors like pink or purple but that doesn't really matter if they are good quality and I found these headphones to be high quality. I've bought and tried other Bose products in the past and have been very happy with them. Like those products the Bose SoundSport Wireless headphones provide great sound. They were very easy to setup and use right out of the box. Just download the app, pair the headphones with your phone and your ready to go. It's that easy. I really like the way the fit in my ear. I find them to be quite comfortable and I don't worry about them falling out or getting ruined with sweat during my workouts. I would definitely buy several pairs of these, even for gifts. My husband likes them so much he wants a pair of his own.

I have always had an affinity for Bose, with experience from their 901 speakers and bookshelf monitors, to headphones. Until now, I did not believe I could have great sounding ear buds without bulky awkward ear pieces that need to be constantly readjusted if you run, jump or even walk briskly. I regularly use small ear buds to avoid this dynamic if I am going to be moving around, so I have been conditioned to accept flat lows, pitchy highs, and waxed string soup can mid-range produced every millimeter of driver I can jam into each ear. I also have wireless headsets that produce better sound on the rare occasion they stay in place. I recently broke down and picked up a pair of Sound Sport headphones hoping not to be disappointed. Although they look as bulky as some of the other BT sets I have, I was surprised when I picked them up. They are very light, weighing in at only eight tenths of an ounce. The layout is simple, a single power button and a covered micro USB port are located on the right earpiece. A short distance down the cord is the microphone and volume toggle control, the latter is rubber covered and big enough to manipulate with gloves on. Using them out of the box is intuitive with straight forward BT connection or NFC coding in the volume control. When turned on the headphones have a voice guide that tells you the battery charge percentage and indicates the device it is paired. Although it was not really necessary, I downloaded the Bose Connect app to my phone just to see what it did. I discovered that the app allowed me to rename the headphones so don't have to play Where's Waldo in the Bluetooth device list. It also let me update the device firmware with a single click, connect all my other BT devices in a single effort, and set a time for the headphones to shut down when no input is received. These are all relatively simple things to either do, or take for granted with regular headphones. Nonetheless, thank you Bose for making these things stupid easy! I know I got carried away above with tangential matters, so I'll just cut to the chase. This is the first set of in the ear headphones with external bodies that stay in my ears. The external masses are minimized to the point that they don't cantilever out of place. The ear seals are good, with little ear canal pressure. External sound isolation isn't as good as some body in the ear headphones, but that's a low price to pay because I don't have to take them out due to discomfort with extended use. The track forward/back/pause, call answer/end/ignore, and volume are all accessed with multiple presses of the easy to grasp volume control. Despite the absence of sound cancellation or more full external sound isolation, these headphones are fantastic. They may not be the loudest I've used, but the overall sound quality makes these my go to head phones. Bass reproduction is solid and full with no clipping, a characteristic many in the ear units lack. Highs are very clean without any pitchiness in transitions, or tinniness when pushed. The one aspect that I appreciate beyond the user interface, ergonomics, and the low and high frequency reproduction is for the lack of a better word, range. Not mid-range, it's far bigger than that. These headphones manage to create space. The sounds reproduced are so clear that it feels like you are in a room with loudspeakers, or in a studio with monitors. How this is possible is beyond me, but they lose the feeling of confined sound I've gotten used to with sound compromised ear buds. I can tell you what I hear all day, but you have to hear it for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Are these headphones perfect? No. The battery life seems a little short, in my experience under 8 hours. I don't care, because I appreciated listening to the music, not just using it as a distraction.

I've been using these for a few weeks now replacing a pair of jbl wireless headphones I've had for a year. I loved my jbl headphones but they always hurt my ears. These soundsport headphones do not. They do a great job at staying in your ears without irritating. I love to go out and walk for hours sometimes and they hold a great charge as well as they sound really good. I like that the on off switch is also on the ear. These come with a clip to attach to your clothing which I love. I like to use these while I clean my house and with my old headphones I couldnt go very far before they started to lose connection but I have no problem with these. I can leave my phone on the charger in my bedroom and clean the other side of the house without any breakup of connection. I'm really impressed with these headphones as a whole. I thought i loved my old ones but these are so much better.
