Worked great for about 1-1/2 years then they just stopped playing and will not come back on. So based on that, I would not recommend these headphones.

After 5 months of using these in an office environment and taking exceptional care of them, they simply stopped working. No charge. Won't turn on. The rubber casing is falling off.

I thought they would have good quality due to nose brand name Nothing different about sound and people around can clearly hear what your listening to even at mid volume

These headphones are bad. Air seems to be in them when using, they are fade in and out. When using my iphone I would have to hang up and recall person because they could not hear me

These died 9 months after purchase. Bose would not replace saying they are out of warranty! Terrible customer service!

These Bose soundsport wireless headphones are top notch! They stayed in my ears without falling, during all my sports, like running and cardio. The sound quality unbeatable, very loud and clear and the bass is awesome. The different size ear inserts it came with were very helpful in finding the exact right fit! I also learned about the bose app which is amazing in its self, easy to use and very helpful with the headphones especially the tile app so I don't lose my headphones. Overall the Bose soundsport wireless headphones are very effective, durable and very nice to look at. I Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

I am 100% completely blown away with these Bose SoundSport wireless headphones. It was packaged in a very nice easy to open box. It comes with your USB charger, and I nice carrying bag to store the headphones in while, not in use. I do suffer from hearing loss in both ears and I have always had trouble finding a pair of headphones that keeps the background noise out. They did exactly that!. They are extremely comfortable and I had them in for a few hours and never had any soreness to my ears at all. As far as blue toothing these to your devices. It paired right away with my LG phone and iPad. I love the design, comfort, and style of these and I highly recommend this to anyone in the market wireless sports headphones.

I've always preferred over the ear earphones rather than in ear quite frankly because I never found ones that are comfortable in my ears. Until now that is! I can actually use these for hours at a time without them hurting my ears. I do feel they are a little bulky though. Maybe I just need more time to adjust to this style. They are definitely lighter than my normal over the ear ones. These ear buds come with small, medium & large inserts and I use the small. I paired these with my phone super quick and without problems and I am far from technical. The sound quality is great to me. Crystal clear, no static or muffling of sound. I listen to talk radio and music while working around the house and doing errands and both always sound perfect. I definitely recommend these!

I have always been pretty loyal to Bose products. These headphones do NOT disappoint. They have great sound quality, stay put in my ears, and are built to last. The sound quality holds up the Bose name very well. Very rich and full of base. I have always had trouble with headphones staying put in my ears, but with the SoundSport headphones, they never budge even when working out. They are very easy to connect to my phone. Just downloaded the Bose Connect app, synced with my phone, pushed the bluetooth button on the headset and they were set to use! I would recommend these to anyone looking for a great pair of headphones!

it has great quality when its comes to audio however, did not last more than 3 months. I tried everything from deleting the app to calling Customer Service to help.

Very disappointed as within 2 listens it went silence. Bose will replace in 6 weeks claiming this was a beta version but why would Bose launch a beta version without proper QA.

On off button did not work after 2 weeks. For 140dollars I expect better quality.

Product does not function properly and I've noticed a sensation behind my ear when in use. Not good at all and concerned about radiation from this unit.

Tore it to pieces and they in the garbage, was not comfortable around my neck when not in use, phone reception was bad and people always complained they could not hear me well

These were not comfortable to wear for a one hour flight. Then when working out they were easy to fall out and very cumbersome compared to my old Beats.

Was not comfortable to use. The ear plugs kept falling off. Ended up returning it.

No matter which size ear “plugs” I used, I could not secure these in my ears. I cannot attest to the sound as I never had them in proper position.

I had to return these because they would not stay in my ears. I was really disappointed because I wanted the Bose brand. Please come out with something I can wear!

I have a Siberian Husky, he needs exercise and I'm the one that as to do it. We run every single day, some days I even harness him up and he pulls me on either a longboard, a snowboard, or an offroad board. The SoundSport wireless headphones have stood up to everything I've thrown at them. Not one single time did they even come close to falling out of my ear. QUICK Pros: - Comfort: 7.5/10 docked points due to weight. The first 4ish hours with these on is fine, after 4 though I want to switch to my more lightweight Bose Quiet Comfort in-ear headphones. - Stay in Ear Factor: 10/10 - Loudness: 10/10 AS LOUD AS YOU WANT THEM - Bass: 10/10 BASS is off the charts, I cannot stress this. My ears vibrate if I want them, and I love it. - Battery Life: 8/10 6 hour battery life is a long time. I also think the weight is mostly from the battery. Still an even longer battery would be awesome. - Charge Time: 10/10 A 10min charge from fully empty is enough to last through a 45min run and still not be dead. Full charge achieved in about an hour. - Buttons: 10/10 BIG RUGGED BUTTONS. Not overly large, but they pop enough to be accessible through gloves. - Range: 10/10 extremely large range for the bluetooth - Sound Clarity before update: 8/10 very infrequent, but still present chirp interrupting music, though I haven't had it happen since the update - Sound Clarity after update: 10/10 very clear and above average. no chirp. update is available for each headphone. MAKE SURE YOU UPDATE IT QUICK Cons: - will not comfortably fit inside a full-face Motorcycle Helmet. - would have been cool to have different voices. The included bluetooth lady voice meets expectations, but customization is preferable. Pros: - Stays in Ear: I have fallen on concrete and snow alike and the headphones remained securely in my ears. This is pro number one, as the entire reason for these headphones is to be active. - Stay Clip: Though this seems like a simple thing, if your like me, its a main feature. I really dislike things bouncing on my skin while I run, luckily the clip included is very strong and will not fall off. Also it doubles as a way to keep the cord behind your head, which I found to be more aesthetically pleasing. - Aesthetics: These headphones look the part, not that people really have a chance to look at them while your flying by. Still the shining Bose logo on the sides, while very small, is always a very nice touch. - Battery life: I cannot count the number of times I've forgotten to plug these in after a run. This being said the speed at which they charge has played a big factor in keeping me satisfied. I would estimate 45min+ from a 10min charge time. At full battery life the quoted 6 hours is to be expected from the specs. - Music Volume: The phone itself has a volume meter, the Bose headphones has they're own meter. I set the phone to max, and headphones to my comfort level. They can get louder than I want them to, which in my book is a plus. I would rather headphones that can be as loud as my heart desires. - Bass: I was very impressed by the bass on these, when plugged in my galaxy, with the tuner turned in favor of bass, my ears will vibrate, which is exactly what I wanted. Note: windows built in music software is surprisingly not good enough. meaning the tuner itself can not make the bass vibrate like when plugged into my galaxy with the SoundAlive option. - Included Bose App: App functionality is very usable. There is a manual right there with detailed instructions. The background provided for the now playing screen is also a nice addition.
