These headphones were great for the first three months. Just quit working in the middle of my workout, and now they won't charge up.

Drains battery in less than 2 hours of continuous usage. Does not stay intact in ear, falls off easily. Very dissapointed with this purchase.

This is my fifth set of Bose earbuds and I must say they are the best yet. They are my first wireless earbuds and I am blown away with the sound quality. Great highs, mids and deep, round low bass. I really didn't expect better performance from a wireless earbud than a wired one. I read the negative reviews on this product which came mostly from serious runners. I'm not! I'm a music listener/telephone conversationalist and these buds are excellent for me thus far. **FYI, if you are concerned with the negative reviews, Bose has a pretty good warranty and Best Buy has an even better replacement warranty for a few extra bucks, If you're on the fence about this purchase, GO GET THEM!

Second pair that one side (right) of the earbud went to an extremely low volume.

If you're a person who sweats when you work out stay away from these. They worked great for a week and died! I went they three pairs of them before giving up!

I have always love boes. I have been using Bose for years. But for some reason my boes sound sports wired. Keep giving me trouble with the left year dying. So I decided to upgrade to the wireless version. To me they are very light weight. And very comfortable. As after a few hours of wearing them I forget that they are in my ears. And the batteries seam to last my 8r work day. (Not listening to music all day) I due notice a minor imperfection in the Bluetooth connection though. It seams at time they get a little garbeled. But I just chalked it if as being a downside to wireless. And I really can't believe that Bose has such a sound superiority over the competition.

I recently lost my cheap headphones and was in the market for some new ones. I've always hated getting the cheap ones since they usually don't fit well and the wire was always getting tangled up if I ran with them on. So when I couldn't find them anymore, I made the decision I wanted to invest in some wireless headphones. Since these would be for working out, I didn't want any over the ear. I had looked into Beats and Jaybird as those seemed to be the two leading brands for wireless in-ear headphones. However, I've always been a huge Bose fan. At the beginning of my search, these were not yet available so I was still deciding which to settle for between the Beats and Jaybird. Then yesterday I saw where Bose finally came out with these new wireless Soundsport headphones! I was ecstatic!!!!!! I'm so glad that I had waited too. These are more than amazing, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Now, I haven't had a lot of expensive headphones, but I do own an over the ear headphones by Bose which I've been extremely happy with. These ear-in head phones do no less of a job and have been more than perfect. Now I did just get these so I've yet to really put them to the test. I will say that the fit has been excellent and the connection also has been great. I've been able to walk around my entire house without my phone on me and they continue to stay connected well. The music is crisp and clear with much range to get the full experience of the song you are listening too. Great and easy use of the inline buttons so you can answer calls, play songs etc. So far great audio quality with calls as well! Now, I know some will say that these do not completely cancel environmental noise, but if you read the description, it states it isn't a 100% noise cancelation. Which, for me that's a plus as I want to still be aware of my surroundings when I'm running outdoors around cars and such. If you are in the market looking for quality ear-in wireless headphones, I highly recommend these. I've always love the quality products Bose makes and these are no exception! Thank you Bose for making such amazing products and thank you Best Buy for allowing me to get my hands on this product so quickly and efficiently!

These earbuds changed my listening experience of music. Everyday I have used these earbuds for the past couple weeks and they have been nothing but amazing. The earbuds have that nice bass sound to them but they don't over do it. The earbuds seemed to be pretty durable and they are definitely very light weight. They are wireless earbuds so you do need a bluetooth machine to connect them to(Your phone, laptop). One bad part that I have found in the headphones is that they are very bulky. They stick out of your ear a little bit and it looks a little weird. Other than that I have enjoyed using these headphones. They have been nothing but great to me.

These buds weren't comfortable and the felt like they were about to come out all the time. Tried all 3 sizes. Typically like Bose, but not these.

Ran around the track exactly once and they stopped working. It said 100% before I started. Completely died. Tried to recharge and got the same result.

2nd time returned item. Faulty ear speaker, and battery 2nd time. Doesn't stand up to the bose brand name.

I recently received these headphones as a gift to replace my Beats that recently died. I have very thin ear canals and cannot use many different headphones out there because of this. While the sound is okay it isn’t the same sound as Bose is known for. I’ve listened to music on other headphones before deciding on these and I really expected a better sound quality. What you hear through your headphones is exactly what someone else hears near you. I was really hoping for the sound to be a little louder because when I workout the sound becomes even more muzzled and it’s a little disheartening to say the least. The headphones fit great and do not hurt my ears like most headphones and they hold a great charge as well. If I wasn’t using these for a workout then they’d be 5 star headphones but they’re not.

These headphones far exceeded my expectations for a pair of headphones. User friendly easy to operate. The bluetooth connected flawlessly. They are very sharp looking also. I knew the brand was amazing but I never thought a pair if headphones could sound and perform as amazing as these did. No matter what I was choosing to do whether it was cleaning, walking, cycling, or running they never moved out of place. Sat perfectly in my ears the entire time. Thanks for providing such an amazing pair of headphones that I know will last a very long time

I never write reviews, but this product earned one. These are the best headphones I have ever owned hands down. I was going through bluetooth headphones at a rate of 1 every other month. They would just stop working. These are going strong almost a year later. I exercise a lot, so they seem to be very sweat resistant, and even held up in the rain a few times. The sound is AMAZING! Awesome bass. Perfectly balanced sound. They have better sound than my Beats over ear noise cancelling headphones. They are a tad bulky, but if that is what is required to have the sound, then that's ok! Can't recommend them enough.

Liked the product except it stopped working within a month. Bose is offering to send a replacement in 6 weeks. Not happy with that time frame.

There is definitely other products of theirs that are much better the charge didn’t last too long for me, I had to exchange

First, the ear buds are comfortable. Other brands have given me some discomfort when wearing them for more than a short period of time but not these. They do stay put during workouts and normal use. Range appears to be good as I have gone into different rooms with no interruption to the signal. Phone calls on these sound good and people i talked to said i sounded good. The 3 rating is due to the sound when listening to music. I expected more from Bose. The headphones i got with my ipod touch have more volume, better base and higher highs. The sound on these are missing some clarity, they almost sound muffled compared to other less expensive headphones that I have used. If you are looking for comfort these are great...sound should be better for the price.

Got these for Fathers Day and did not work swapped them out for the completely wireless pair and those were great
