I purchased these headphones less than 3 months ago and now the speaker is not working. Poor quality.

The quality of these headphones is what you would expect from Bose. They are well made and provide excellent sound quality. Honestly, the way they fit in your ear isn't my favorite. I feel like you have to get them just right or they feel like they'll fall out. However, I've always had a little bit of trouble with earbud headphones, so that could just be me. And you do get different size covers to give you the best possible fit. Really the only con I've experienced with these headphones is the limited battery life. With a full charge, they last for approximately 3 1/2 - 4 hours of continuous play. For me, I use them at work, and I sit at a desk all day. Therefore, this shorter battery life is something of a pain. But again, the quality is excellent. The box includes the headphones, 3 additional ear bud covers in varying sizes, the charging cable (Micro USB), and a nice carrying case. I would definitely prefer a longer lasting battery, but I would still recommend these headphones.

I needed to get un-tethered from my phone when riding my bike. So I decided to pick up one of these sets. I have always been familiar with Bose and know that Bose is basically an analogy for great sound. They do not disappoint here either. Comfortable for sure, and run time seems to be quite long on a full charge. Haven't run them out yet. Tested making a phone call and receiving a phone call. Absolutely perfect sound quality and sound pick up. Easy to configure (I'm on android) and very easy to use. Love the price as well!

If you are thinking of buying bluetooth earbuds these are the ones for you. The quality is amazing and the most comfortable earbuds I have ever worn and i have worn many. If you read a bad review about these earbuds that person has unrealistic expectations. These are not headphones and to compare them to that would be idiotic. In my opinion if it says boss on it is worth buying. The only negative thing i have to say for these earbuds is that they could be a little bit louder but for the quality of the sound you get in return and the comfort level you receive im not complaining. BOSE ROCKS!

Great while it lasted. The earphones keep connecting and disconnecting now. Despite a full charge, it'll say 20% battery.

The sound us not loud enough and it falls out my ear during running. I went back to ear plugs that's not wireless the music is louder

Could never get them to fit well, kept falling out. Also was unimpressed by the sound—not what I would expect from Bose

You can hear your music but so can everyone else in the room. The base isn't that great either.

These headphones remind me of the other Bose products I've purchased. They have unbelievably good sound, are easy to setup, are very high quality, and just plain work great. These headphones were easy to setup out of the box and are easy to charge and to get into your ears. The sound is also very good. I have not used wireless headphones before so its worth noting that they feel a little bulky compared to the smaller wired headphones, but that is just something that takes getting used to. I should also mention that they work with a Bose iPhone app that was also easy to download and use.

These are the most comfortable earbuds. I have small ears and have tried several styles and these are the only ones that don't hurt. I own a pair of jaybirds and while they feel ok at first they are unbearable after 30 minutes and i have to take them out. I have the bose soundsport wired earbuds and i could wear them all day and not notice they are in. I just wish they kept a charge longer than 6 hours. I have used them several times so far for over 7 hours and they never lost charge. I have worn them running and working out at the gym and they stay in. Great purchase!

If you sweat while running don’t buy these headphones. Mine broke after my 8th run with them.

No support for when in use for when working out allways falls out on runs supper annoying

They stopped working less then a year having them. They no longer hold a charge so not able to use any more.

These are a little too heavy to stay in the ears, so I constantly had to keep readjusting them and pushing them back in.

These were no where near as good as Beats! The sound is not as good and they wouldn’t stay in my ears.

I've been searching for some nice wireless headphones for a while now and I think my search has ended. These headphones are very comfortable and sound amazing. When turning on these headphones, it lets you know how much battery is left and what devices are connected. This is a great feature since I've always had a terrible experience with my battery running out on cheaper wireless headphones that don't provide battery percentage left. Battery life is quite amazing as well, I use these at the gym 3-4 times a week and only need to charge them once a week.

I’ve tried several different wireless Bluetooth headsets – mostly to my disappointment. When I read the CNET review of these and the reviewer commented specifically on the comfort of the headphones and to quote; “It's arguably the most comfortable in-ear sports headphone I've tried, although I only spent a limited amount of time with it at Bose's launch event in New York City.” I wanted to give them a try. I ended up going to best buy since I didn’t want to wait to mail order them – and the SoundSports didn’t disappoint. I’ve tried them on the treadmill, in the weight room and doing some yard work. They are comfortable to wear, and they sound terrific. I like the controls and voice feedback on power level, etc. I’ll have to say that I was concerned about the size, but they are light and comfortable and that’s not an issue. BestBuy also had a really nice Bose charging case with a battery for $49 that I’ll probably go back and get. One last comment is regarding the ambiant noise - there is NONE! I'm note sure you need an active ANR since these tips block so much of the ambient noise! *very nice* 5 Stars Bose! These were worth the wait and sound great!
