I was in a quest to find in-ear head phones that fit well (secure and comfortable), good sound quality, decent battery life and of course good reliable bluetooth connection. Well, these fit the bill, almost. Volume level , especially with iOS devices was just not good enough. I understand that ambient noise is necessary especially when running/biking outdoors, but for many who work out in noisy environments like a public gym, you may just want to increase the volume a bit to drown out the "clanking, noise, and grunting" from others in the gym. Is that a deal breaker for me, DEFINITELY yes, and for many others who use wireless headphones in public areas, e.g. gym, in a subway, in noisy work environment, etc. This seems like a simple fix for Bose, perhaps with a firmware update, but until they address this, other earphones that can pump out more volume, e.g Beats, etc., will win out. Don't get me wrong, I'm not looking for ear drum damage volume levels, but just enough to help drown out some unwanted ambient noise. When they address this, then they will be a class by themselves. In short, I had to return them for this reason, and sadly enough, so did the rest of my friends who initially ran out purchasing these earphones when they found out that it was a Bose product.. I would gladly buy them once this issue is addressed. Was this enough to not give a 4-5 star rating, of course! Earphones that you cannot use for the purpose you want are useless regardless of the Brand name, fit, etc.

In my opinion these are by far the best wireless earphones I have tried to date. It is no secret that I love Bose products. I couldn't wait to get my hands on these and they did not disappoint. Yes, the earbuds are a little funky looking. A little chunky looking, but the entire idea works. The earbuds paired very easily for me and my iphone 7. They also paired easily on the Droid MotoZ as well. I must get used to charging these as often as I charge my phone. That's a must. I own 2 pairs of Bose earbuds that do not use power, and I love them. But the sound is so rich and the bass so powerful in these that they are my new number one go to earbuds. No more almost accidentally cutting the cord when I am working in the yard and listening to music. No more catching the cord on the kitchen chair when I am cooking and listening to music as well. I did buy the holder for them. It holds a charge for either a second charge for the earbuds or to charge something else MicroUSB. And I like that it is a hard sided case so the earbuds don't rattle around in my purse or just lay on the nightstand so anything can happen to them. I have not had an issue with them falling out of my ears at all. They stay securely in place. I like the clip on the cord that sits around your neck to clip on top your shirt so IN CASE the neighbor comes by or you think you hear that car behind you, you can take an earbud out of your ear and allow it to hang there around your neck, being sure it did not and will not fall to the ground and get lost. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but it is Bose products we are talking about. Quality in sound, quality in engineering is what these are all about. I am a fan of these for sure!

I received this over month ago, and have used them at least 3-4 times a week while out walking,running and even just doing house work. I love them. At first I wasn't sure how well they would stay in my ears. Which is a problem I have with most ear buds. But with the three different options for the ear pieces I was able to find a great fit. I love the fact they are Bluetooth. Makes it a lot easier when running, not to have a cord to get tangled up in. The battery life is amazing I can charge them once a week. And they will last. Very user friendly.

We had to return these since the music was playing in only one ear. Decided a better quality option.

Within one week of owning them, the left earpiece went out. I returned them and the same thing happened. Absolute junk.

I returned this item because the sound was not that much better than the headphones that came with my MP3 player.

I really like this kind of earbuds the sound is really good and durability. Completely recommend!

Didn’t like the air buds from beaux to big for my ears hurt my ears

I have always been doubtful about Bose but these Soundsport Wireless Headphones have made me a convert. Comfortable and with a sound reproduction that I truly believe is the best I have heard. I would recommend these 'phones without hesitation.

I didnt realize the bose only worked with the iphone. Being droid owner, I had to return them as they didnt work. :(

do not bother buying these.. they are huge and dont fit in your ears properly.

Stopped charging exactly one year and a day later. Used less than 20 times.

I love and enjoy Bose,but I was very unhappy that the ear buds will "not" stay in place when put them in my ears.

Stop working after 2 weeks of working out. definitely stay away....
