dont buy it, this is the worst product bose have ever made. bad sound quality

I have owned the ie2 and the wired sports, so was really excited to see how well Bose would do with wireless buds. Currently own a pair of Jaybird X2 but always liked the soundstage and comfort of the Bose wired better. I figured I would now be able to combine the convenience of my X2 with a step up in sound and comfort. Bottom line is the X2 (and other Jaybird family of products) are the best wireless buds out there for a few reasons. 1. The form factor of these is hideous in ear. I never really liked the cork in ear affect of the Jaybirds, but these are even worse. Just large and bulky. 2. The sound is clear, but the bass response is weak. Bose always does bass, mids, and highs very well, but Jaybird does it all better in a wireless form factor. Was really dissapointed especially with everyone commenting on the bass in the reviews I read. The wired Bose and Jaybirds (albeit with less comfort) both do this much better, but I was hoping to combine the comfort and ease of the Bose with the wireless convenience of the Jaybird, with a comparable or better overall soundstage during workout sessions. They are also not very loud. Was almost to the top volume level on my iPhone to get the same loudness at half the volume with the Jaybirds. 3. App - I truly don't understand why I have to take the extra step of installing an app when the only thing it truly controls is the automatic shutoff time limit (volume doesn't count because it is not independent of the phone volume). If you are going to give me an app, do it like the JBL Everest 700 and include an equalizer, etc. Just a waste of time in my opinion. As stated before I will give it a good rating on comfort as you don't have to shove it in your ears like the Jaybirds. Something I have always liked about the Bose wired sport buds wings. I know that Bose is not the audiophiles choice and no bluetooth speaker is better than a wired equivalent, but just expected more from Bose on this one after waiting so long for them to enter the wireless bud arena. You think they would have had the time to study and trump competitor offerings.

Not recommended for working out since they're obviously not sweatproof.

My first pair died after a month ... I went to exchange and the next pair died in a week.

the battery dies constantly regardless of how many hours you charge it

Didn't like ear buds kept falling out when running or working out.

These wireless headphones are AMAZING!They fit perfect and stay in place, even while I run or jumprope. They're super easy to set up and get going. The sound is just unbelievable and so clear. I've had them for a week and have only charged them once since I received them in the mail. Once again BOSE has done an exceptional job and I'm definitely one happy and satisfied customer.

It do not have noise cancellation. You can not use it for meeting

After purchasing for few days , it stopping working. Unable to connect to Bluetooth.

Overall the battery life isn't good. The battery drains even after I turn it off.

I was torn between these and the Beats power beats 3. I went to Bestbuy with the intention of getting these in the first place after reading reviews on both headsets. The rep at best buy talked me into the beats, stating the bose one's don't last as long as far as the battery life, they're bulky and heavy, they fall out of your ears, and they're not as loud. Coming from someone who has purchased both and used both, I can tell you this rep was 100% wrong with the exception of the battery life. So lets talk about it. 1. yes the beats get a 12 hour claimed battery life. I can tell you I bought these Bose headsphones on a Sunday. I charged them up, and have been using them. For 45 minutes a day for the last 5 days. So 3 hours and 45 minutes of total use. I just turned them on and it says battery 50%. So if I can get 7.5 hours out of them, I'm very happy. 2. They're bulky he said. I qouldn't say they're bulky, but bud that's outside your ear is just odd shapped. 3. They fall out he said. My workouts this week have been strictly cardio. All on the eliptical and let me tell you THEY DON'T MOVE. They're inserted and they work great. I've owned now 3 pairs of Bose Noise cancelling headphones. I've had the Bose QC15. Those lasted a long time, I then traded them in for the Bose QC25 which we still own and my wife uses. I now have the QC35 which are amazing aswell. As far as in ear Bost earbuds I've also owned 3 pairs. 2 pairs of freestlyes and now these. The soundsports sound fantastic. No connections issues, no crackling, no interuptions. Great sound, great bass, and overall I should have saved my time and just gotten these from day one. I love these headphones. GET THEM and see what I'm talking about for yourself.

I've had numerous brands of ear buds. Usually I just buy cheap ear buds because I use them so much. I do a lot of outside work in my garden. Typically I would have to strap my iPod to my arm which would leave the wires hanging down. I tried stuffing the wire inside of my shirt but it would always fall out and be in the way. Eventually, the wire would get tangled in the handle of my rake which would end up pulling the buds out of my ear. Very irritating because then I have to take my gloves off to reinsert them. In comes the Bose SoundSport Ear Buds. Oh my gosh!!! What a wonderful surprise. Not only was the sound spectacular which I never had a doubt, you see, I already have a Bose sound system hooked up to my television which sounds like surround sound. And I also have Bose speakers in my car. So I am not a first time Bose customer. I'd never had wireless ear buds before and was I surprised. It amazes me what outstanding sound these earbuds have. Very clear sound and very little outside noise coming in. I like the convince of having them synced with my phone and not having to carry my iPod and my phone. I have the same music list in both and it's nice just to have my phone. They came in a very nice little round case which fits easily in my purse or pocket. I love that there are no wires hanging down getting in my way whether I'm gardening, cleaning house or walking my dog. I also like I can use them with my phone. Very convenient. The one thing that is important to me is they do not fall out of my ears when I bend over. That is such an irritant when working in the yard. Very compact, fast charging, easy to keep with me and fantastic sound. What more could you want for sounds??? Love love love them!!!! This product has been put at my disposal for no compensation in order to share my honest and unbiased opinion. Once I have completed my testing it will be returned to the manufacture.

Stopped pairing after less than a month. Not worth the $$, fits poorly as well.

Did not connect well to Ipod or Samsung phone. Kept disconnecting.

I orignally purcahsed jaybird x2... horrid I tried these simply amazing. RIght out of the box the medium ear pieces fit perfectly. The audio quality was fantastic. I took them for a run already I did 4 miles no discomfort or pain. the Highs and Lows are fantastic, they control your Iphone just like your apple earpods do. They also pair perfectly with your apple watch so you can leave your phone at home if you choose. BOSE nailed it with these beauties!

My review is from two points of view-mine and my wife’s. I thought it was important to include our body size for some added perspective. My wife is a petite 5’ tall and a daily runner. She loved the sound quality, the color and the easy integration with her iPhone and the SoundSport Wireless. She took a couple of phone calls with very little effort during her work out and said the mic quality was perfect. Her only issues were related to the size of the in-ear buds and the fact that they kept falling out during her run. While using the small gel ear-tips, the weight of the BT receiver/transmitter would slowly bounce then slightly dislodge with every step and would eventually fall out. She had to constantly push them back in her ear which she felt was extremely distracting. She’s going back to her Bose SoundSport Wired. Maybe it’s her tiny ears but perhaps Bose should consider a lighter BT receiver/transmitter for the next version. I’m 5’10-My activities include long distance cycling, gym/boxing workouts. I absolutely love the Bose BT SoundSport. While using the medium sized ear-tips, they never fell out of my ears and remained secured during my workouts. The battery life was excellent during a 3 hour bike ride, and the sound quality was great. There have been a few complaints that the headphones do not block out back ground noise which I believe is by design for safety reasons. While cycling, I was able to hear good quality audio as well as the road traffic around me. I’ve been using the Bose Wired SoundSport for several years during activities. I tried many brands of headphones including Beats, JayBirds and Bowers and Wilkins. My B&W P5 wireless head phone are my absolute favorite while lounging but I now have a new favorite with the Bose SoundSport BT for on the go activities. I have to deduct 1 star because of my wife's issue.
