- Charging Problems. No charge - Volume Control Problems

I offered to test and provide a review of these headphones. I had been actively searching for the best wireless headphones and turned to Bose for their high reputation and focus on quality sound and products and expecting just that. I have purchased other bose products before and have been satisfied with them so for me this wasn’t just a leap of faith. I have prior first hand experience with their products. I found these headphones to be sturdy, comfortable and of clear high quality sound. I tested them on my iPhone and on my mac desktop. I took them hiking, and jogging. I forgot i had them on and went about my activities without the distractions i had experienced with other headphones. These didn’t get in the way, they didn’t fall out of my ear and the music was clear and uninterrupted. When i parted them with my desktop, they had impressive range and stayed connected to my upstairs desktop as i roamed around the house and backyard. They’re easy to set up and very intuitive to operate. I was hesitant about getting them because of their bulkiness but because they were bose, i chose to give them a try. They were surprisingly not heavy and light on the ears. The ear wing tips wedged them snug in the outer ear (not in the ear canal). They come with different size interchangeable ear wing tips so if they slip out, you can try other sizes so that they don’t require constant adjusting. The LED in the right ear piece indicates power and bluetooth connectivity. There are also inline control buttons for volume and song pause and advance. The cable is tangle resistant and flexible. Overall i am very happy with them and do recommend them.

Does not fit in ear...kept falling...can hear plenty of background noise...

I love these earbuds they are the best. The battery level is phenomenal the sound quality is excellent and the overall comfort is great. They are easy to pair and did I say they sound amazing? Yes I did and they do now they aren't classified as noise cancelling but I can't really hear much once I'm listening to anything and I love it and again the battery is excellent!!! Want quality earbuds get these hands down the best on the market.

I expected Bose to be amazing. Terribly disappointing the beats are better

I went through five pairs in a week. I would not recommend if you run or sweat.

Haven’t had for a year and it already stopped working. Won’t turn on

These headphones are great, super comfortable with great sound quality. All you need to do to get your sound quality to feel as deep as it should is to switch your EQ (on iOS > Bass Boost) or do custom settings to raise the bass level. I got them because I like to wear sunglasses and wireless headphones with over ear clips are uncomfortable with them - the Bose headphones sit perfectly in your ear and won't move even if you're running.

These headphones have done an amazing job keeping up with me and my workouts! I had Beats but they kept dying because of all my sweat. I took them to Apple and they were sent out and they only lasted a week before dying again. The sound isn't as loud in these but they stay put and do not get in the way. I love that the volume control is on the right side since I am right handed and the charging port is easily removable. The battery life has been amazing as well! I work out for at least 2 hours a day and I can go a few days without having to worry about them dying on me. Overall a better brand than Beats for sure!

Excellent sound, connected easily to my Apple iPhone. I love the Bluetooth feature because it doesn’t physically have to connect to your phone. The sound quality is amazing. Enhances my music and my runs are much more enjoyable. Comes with a convenient small storage bag that I can easily put in my gym bag. The earbuds are comfortable to wear even after a long run.

Sound is low, fit is bad,less life then other units of same cost.

I fell in love with these headphones the moment I received them. I am a big fan of Bose and my first pair of earbuds died last year after having them for over 7 years. I carried them everywhere I went and used them at work for 4 yrs. These headphones have refreshed my love for Bose all over again. The sound quality is perfect, just like I remembered. Clear and precise, I can hear every beat in the song and they are a bit noise-cancelling for me at least. The fact that they are wireless, another fun perk. My previous ones weren't so I can listen to any bluetooth device with these headphones for 7-8 hrs straight on one charge. So helpful when I am at work and constantly moving around. The quality of the headphones is awesome and I love everything about it. It comes with extra rubber ear pieces in different sizes, which is great because I have smaller ears. I use these headphones the most with my iPhone 7, which has no headphone jack and now thanks to these headphones, I don't need one. Very easy to sync to your device, just turn them on and the voice tells you what it is about to do...either connect to an already paired device or tell you it is about to pair. The design of these headphones is great and user-friendly. One button on top of the right side headphone and the charging port on the bottom of the same side. Volume buttons on the cord that control the volume on your phone. I was hoping it would control the volume on the headphones itself but that is fine. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for portable wireless headphones that isn't super bulky.

Having tried and returned several sets of wireless headphones, these Bose are keepers. I had the Beats X which were pretty good sound wise and the W1 chip for connectivity was great with my I-phone XR. At issue was a lack of any sweat resistance as I was looking for something to use working out as well as easy listening and calls. I traded them in and went with the Jaybird Tarah. The Tarah sounded better than the Beats X and with bluetooth 5.0 the connectivity was on par with the Beats X. The sound app was a nice touch too. They were sweat proof and water proof. The sound insulation is actually too good. Ambient noise was wiped out which can be good and bad. I do prefer to hear to a certain extent what is happening around me. Making a call you could hear yourself, kind of like putting your fingers in your ears and talking. I decided to return them which brings me to the Bose SoundSport Wireless. The depth and scope of the sound is better than either of the two I returned. They are sweat proof and calls are great. They struck the best balance of what I was looking for. Great sound, great for the gym, great for calls. Connectivity was equal to the others I tried. All were pretty comfortable too but the Bose are the most comfortable for me as well. I have but one criticism and that would be perhaps the aesthetics. They do stick out a little. All in all, highly recommended.

I loved the sound quality was amazed by the battery life and liked how they shut off automatically when you click out of your phone screen. I also appreciate that they are waterproof. I wished they could be louder,they are semi-cordless & I would have preferred all the way cordless & the case they come in is soft for the price I think it should be hard & I wouldn't have to worry about them so much in my purse. Overall I would highly recommend.

I bought these after returning my Jaybird X2's (couldn't get them to fit my ear) and I'm glad I did. The fit is way better and they sound great. There is enough ambient noise that gets in to hear when a car is coming by so they are great for running. I really like the clip on the back of the cable to keep it from moving side to side. There are a few minor drawbacks but not enough to make me drop my rating. The Bose Connect app is a bit sparse. It needs an EQ function to better tune the headphones to the type of music you are listening too. For me it sounds great but I wonder if a little tweaking would make it sound better. Also they do stick out quite a bit but what can you expect with today's battery technology? Overall you are paying for the Bose quality and the in-ear fit is really comfortable.

The ear pieces did not work in my ears! Had to return them.
