    Pretty Good

Like many others, I had been waiting years for these. Before Bluetooth went mainstream, I ran many miles with my old IE2s. I picked these up about a week after the new Freedom's so my thoughts are in comparison the Freedoms. Sound quality is very good. They sound "bright" compared to many gym headphones and I actually appreciate the different sound profile Bose used after using so many "boomy" headphones over the years. Fit and comfort is very good. It's a nice change to not have to jam these into your ears to get good sound. My only caveat is that these do fall out of my ears after running for about 15 minutes. This never happened with my IEs so I assume it has something to do with the weight. That's a let down for sure. Design is fine. They're bulky and a little funny looking but its not a deal breaker. The comfort/fit makes up for it. Ultimately, I chose the Bose over the Jaybird. While I think the Freedom's sound a bit better overall, the amount of effort required to get and maintain a stable fit in the Freedoms simply isn't worth the trouble. They require constant tinkering/fiddling and even then, they still may fall out. The Bose have so much less drama and still sound very good. This is a nice effort by Bose even if they are late to the party.

    Wonderful Sound!

I wanted to try these headphones because I have always liked the sound of Bose products.I had never had the opportunity before to try any Bose products. I wasn't disappointed! The sound I experienced with these headphones was unlike any other. Sounds that are not noticed with ordinary headphones were amplified. For example I was listening to a movie and could hear the clock ticking in the background! I used them to listen to music as well as watch movies on my phone. If you are looking for a great listening experience, you should try the SoundSoort wireless headphones. I love the design and they are very easy to connect to your bluetooth electronics. I like the design. I like that you can be walking around doing other things while not being directly connected to the device you are listening to. You can even use these while taking a bath. These are the first headphones that stayed in place and were comfortable to wear. I am satisfied with the quality of sound and the level you have to reach that quality is very minimal. I did not find anything lacking in these headphones. I will definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

    Unfortunately, not for me

I was excited about these headphones since I'd never owned a Bose pair and know that Bose is synonymous with great sound quality. Unfortunately however, while they fit well, the overall design of these headphones allows quite a bit of ambient noise in and they don't seem to get loud enough. This is less than ideal for my daily NYC commute, which is when I mostly listen to music. I ended up going back to the JBL buds I've been using for a few years now, which create a great seal, block out most noise, and has comparable sound quality (and are a bit heavier on the bass, which I prefer). I'd say your overall lifestyle/intended use is definitely going to be a factor with these buds.

    Great Wireless Sport Earphones

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

The Bose SoundSport Wireless were a great upgrade from my previous ear phones which were the Bose SoundTrue Ultras. Going from a wired earphone to wireless is amazing especially when I have the iPhone 7 which does not have a headphone jack. The sound quality is incredible. Bass, treble, and mid-tones are all balanced making an unmatched sound quality. The ear-tips on these ear phones are designed for Sport use. They block out sound but leave enough in to let the person aware of there surroundings such as cars and traffic. My one concern was the design. These ear phones are very large and stick out of the ears very much. I would hope that the next model of Sport earphones from Bose are designed better. Overall I would recommended these to someone who is interested in having mainly ear-phones for athletic activity that are wireless. Note that these also stay put in the ear very well while running and are also water and sweat resistant.

    Great for running & sports

This is my second shot at finding bluetooth headphones that work well when jogging and these are keepers. I tried the Jaybird X's previously and could never seem to find a fit that felt comfortable. This Bose set feels great and very secure in my ears even while out pounding the pavement on a run. I actually like the back to basics cord management approach of just adding a small clip to the cord so you can secure it to your shirt collar behind your neck to prevent it from bouncing around while running. Set up is dead easy...had it connected to my iPhone in less than 30 seconds. There is a companion app that gives you some additional control, but it's not needed to use the headphones. Lastly, they also sound very good considering they're bluetooth vs wired. Definitely on par with some of the better wired earbuds I've had in the past. Only minor nit is when running I do hear a bit of a thumping sound with each footfall which I think is just the headphones shift a bit in my ear canals. I may be able to clear that up with a different pair of the provided ear tips, but it's not really annoying enough to worry about. Bottom line, is these look like the active sports bluetooth headphones I'll be using for some time to come.

    Unbelievably Good!

This is an amazing pair of headphones. All features are so carefully thought out: the curvature of the remote so that it fits perfectly into the curve of your palm, the classic Bose earpiece which ensures the headphone will never fall out. The weatherproof/sweat-proof design works perfectly: the ear tips are made of a unique material, and the remote is made in such a way that makes it impossible for any moisture to enter. These headphones are of the future. The app is just incredible, and can wirelessly update the software of the headphones. Additionally, these headphones can connect to multiple devices at once. They switch between these products perfectly and at perfect times (for instance, when a YouTube video or music starts playing on one device, the headphones will play the video or music from that device). Perfect for sports: weather/sweat proof, lightweight, great noise canceling (but you can still minutely hear the sound of traffic), classic Bose eartip shape ensures the headphones will never fall out. And the classic amazing Bose sound. Great bass and procession. Truly worth every penny.

I love this product so much. I have only used Apple products but I think Bose has my heart! They were so easy to connect to Bluetooth which is usually a struggle for other products. Also super comfortable and stays in your ears!! Best product clarity wise I’ve ever used!

    Amazing Product

The SoundSport headphones exceeded my expectations. I was already familiar with Bose as a brand, so I expected great sound, and boy I was not disappointed whatsoever. At first glance, the heads look funny and bulky, and I was wondering how those things would stay in my ears if I were to go running since they didn't have the clips that go around your ears like most Sport Headphones. Well, I've owned these for a week now and after working out and jogging with them for 4 days straight, they never fell out and only required a little push back in maybe twice (throughout those 4 days). On to sound quality. I don't really know how to explain it well, but to summarize it, the different ranges compliment each other really well. Mids and Highs are crisp, while the Lows feel full and "defined". If I didn't have separate cans to listen to music at home, I would definitely use these all day. Well, almost all day. The battery won't last you the whole day, but since I only use these to work out they're perfect for me. Oh, and they come with a cool little carrying case.

Great sound, excellent ear fit, not durable...

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I bought my Bose wireless headphones earlier this year. The fit, sound quality and seamless interface with my iphone was amazing. I use it for gym 2-3 times a week and for long calls at work. 3 months after I bought it, I noticed the soft plastic cover around the ear pieces coming off. Shortly after the blue tooth started to disconnect for no reason in the middle of calls. I had to several times set it up as a new device because my iphone or ipad just wouldn't be able to find the blue toots signal from my earpiece. Lately the piece with Bose logo on it just fell off one of the earpieces. I took it to the Burlington Bose store and they said they can't do anything about it and I would have to contact Support - which is near impossible to contact, so I gave up and decided to go with a Sony bluetooth earpiece that is 1/3 the price of the Bose after a 50% discount. Not as sharp looking but it has comparable battery life and sound quality. This was my 6th Bose earpiece in 10 years and the only one that ever fell apart. Perhaps it is a new thing and not improved enough for durability under gym conditions.

    Perfect headphones for outdoor runs!

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I've been looking for headphones for my daily outdoor runs for years but have always stopped using them due to lack of comfort, poor battery life, wires tangling, and static in music. When I got these Bose headphones, I immediately fell in love and I knew I would be using these for a long time! They are so incredibly comfortable I am not paranoid about them falling out at all when I run. They charge quickly, the wires don't tangle, and the sound quality is amazing. I love that I am able to quickly change the volume up or down if I have to quickly stop to have a conversation, or if I'm in busy intersection and need to pay attention to traffic. These headphones came in a really nice packaging. I love that it includes a convenient carrying pouch and other sizes of earbuds. Pairing them with my iphone 11 was so easy. Overall, these are a great value and I'm very happy with them.

Other than the charge time, the Bose SoundSport wireless are near perfect. I have owned the JayBird Freedoms and I would defiantly recommend purchasing the Bose SoundSport wireless over them. Overall, I like the sound quality, bass, and fit.

Awesome Headphones but Beware of Sweat Issue

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

First off, I think these are the best sports wireless headphones out there. The sound is terrific and the fit is superb with fit being most important to me. However, I am on my second pair and these are the NEW and improved versions. My first pair shorted out and died on my first run. It was clear that sweat got into the USB port and shorted the headphones even though the tab was shut. I am concerned that this will happen again. I thought Bose had fixed the issue with these new ones but I am not sure. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt on this but I hope this second pair lasts beyond a single run.

    BOSE SOUNDSPRT WIRELESS HEADPHONES

I'm an active snowboarder and it doesn't get any better to ride with great sound. These definitely live up to the Bose quality. I rated them four stars only because it took a few times wearing them to get the right fit. I was in between sizes for the ear buds, but the mediums seemed to work fine. The only other problem was that they were a little bulky to fit my helmet over top. The sound is phenomenal though. Its like you have sub woofer wired in to your head. Being wireless makes a big deal when wearing bulky gear and not having to worry about tangles or being pulled on. The Bluetooth is a nice feature to have especially being able to go back n forth from music to calling or texting. Buttons are very easy to use for skipping songs to volume or using Siri. I recommend these for any active person or just using them on a plane etc... Definitely recommended for any us. Great sound and great comfort.

    I Love "Em!

Compared to another brand I had, these Bose SoundSport wireless earbuds are great! They have a deep, rich sound that helps keep outside noises in the far background. I have used them during many different activities such as mowing the lawn, vacuuming, jogging, power washing, and just sitting & listening. I'm usually easily impressed, but my teenage kids used them and they were equally impressed. The earbuds are easy to pair with my devices and simply re-connect the next time I turn them on. The in-line controls are easy to use and work well with my apple devices. The only con is the bulky-looking part that sticks out of my ears. However, they aren't weighted to the point that they will fall from my ears. They stayed put in all instances. I would definitely recommend these to my friends!

Finally writing a review after getting a much longer life out of these than I expected. I bought these in November of 2016 with somewhat mixed feelings about paying $149.00 for some earbuds. For me, the Bose sound quality has more than compensated for recharging batteries and less volume than wired earbuds. But I have another big reason for writing this review: My earbuds suddenly wouldn’t “pair” with my phone yesterday. I wasn’t terribly disappointed as I felt I more than got my money out of them. EVERYTHING has held up on them for me - batteries, ear clips are still as stiff as when new. Online I read this morning about a Bose app I’d previously been ignorant of. I downloaded it. It told me it was running an “update” and Bingo, Bose Soundports paired up with my phone! I was all ready to head out the door and buy another pair but I guess these aren’t done yet!

The Bose Soundsport headphones are great. The headphones fit comfortably and safely within my ears. I did not need to use the optional replacement size pieces. I was able to wear these for an entire movie on a flight. They did not bother my ears. They blocked out the noise from the other passengers as well. I have also used them for running. The fit is comfortable and secure. I like the clip on the cord that keeps them secured to my shirt. When I pull out one side to talk to a passerby or companion runner, I’m able to drop them and easily reinsert. The sound is great for music, movies, and audible books or podcasts. They are easy to use.

Love the headphones! I have the Bose Noise Quieting headphones with the collar and the collar drives me crazy. With the Soundsport it is so much lighter and easier to move around with them. I was waiting to hear them cut out like the BNQ but they haven’t during the 2 weeks I’ve had them. I have preferred using the soundsport headphones when I’m out walking my dog. I can hear my music but still can hear what is going on around me, especially cars when walking down the street. I’ve also used them when doing chores around the house and I love that I can move around the entire house without having to move or carry my device with me...the Bluetooth distance is great! So far I haven’t come across any negatives with the Bose Soundsport headphones. I would definitely recommend these to family and friends.
