I owned bose in ear wired headphone for years, so last week when I leaned bose released a pair of wireless earbuds I had to get them, went to best buy two days straight and they were not in stock so I bought the beats power 2, they were not comfortable at all , actually they hurt after 30 minutes in the ear I returned them. lucky today I went to best buy and they had the bose in ear wireless I got the black one but boy the blue one's look cooler. they are super comfortable and much more futures, great volume very loud and clear. the only reason I gave it a 4 star was the design of the ear piece was not very attractive ,but by all means it is a awesome product.

    Disappoining for the Premium Price

Sound quality is good, even above average, but not great. Comfort is good. Battery is an issue. It's rated at 6 hours, but I haven't been able to get near that. After 4 hours, they died, and I plugged them in to recharge, however the battery would not charge. The indicator was green. Turned them on, and the unit indicated 100% charge. It died 60 seconds later. It later was able to receive a charge, however lasted only about 2 hours. Prior to a call, it indicated 50% charge. After the phone call, it indicated 20% charge. Very disappointed quality for what is advertised and sold as "premium". The volume is also disappointing, especially given the short battery life. Will exchange these for another pair, but if they are problematic I will return them for something else.

Great sound, good comfort, bad durability

I have had the SoundSport wireless headphones for around 3 years now, and am on my third pair. That is to say that I've had to replace them twice now. I guess it's good that what these headphones lack as far as quality of materials Bose makes up for with their customer service. I believe there is a 2-year warranty on brand new and replaced products, and so far I've had to file a warranty claim every year. The process is very easy and Bose Support is very helpful, but it's still a pain having to regularly replace these. The headphones truly sound great. I have zero complaints about the sound quality and they are decent at blocking out surrounding noise. I use them frequently at work, when traveling, and at the gym. The headphones are very functional and easy to use. The earbuds come in three sizes and are very comfortable and flexible. I've never had issues with them falling out or making my ears sore, and some days at work I wear them all day. The packaging is nice and the directions for setup/pairing are a breeze. The biggest issue for me is the durability of these headphones. They simply do not hold up over time with regular use. I do not use them every day, but use them for the majority of the day on days that I do use them. If this product did not have a two-year warranty I would have been out $150+ two years ago, which is unacceptable. Within a year of purchasing (and replacing them the first time) the soft silicone material surrounding the hard plastic started to peel away from the rest of the headphones, exposing the wiring and mechanics underneath. It did this around the ear pieces and on the volume controls. I would have to move the material around the controls to make sure it was lined up properly in order for the buttons to work. Also the clip that allows you to clip the headphones to your shirt collar has broken within a month each of the three times I've received a new pair of these headphones. It does not stay on easily and is not very durable either. In summary, I absolutely loved these headphones when I first purchased them. The sound quality is great and they are extremely easy to use. However, after consistently having to replace them within a year I definitely feel like my money would have been better spent elsewhere.

    Good headphones from Bose

These were the first Bose product that I owned. I am not a die heard music person, so something really has to be soothing and non-irritating to keep me hooked to music. The first time I put these on, I kept listening to music for about an hour, sitting on the couch. Comfort - Comfort wise, yes they are great. No irritation on prolonged use. Fit fine with the right size ear pads. Sound - Great! Just as you would expect from a Bose. The sound quality is really good. Durability - They feel pretty solid. Didn't try to hammer them. But can say with confidence, they won't break if they get tangled in the clothes. The wire joining the two ears is pretty robust. Usability - Easy to connect to the phone. I initially had issues with the volume control panel, locating the push spots with my finger. But I got over that easily. Overall, they are a good set of headphones. I did feel, they are a little overpriced for a pair of headphone, but come on they are Bose.

    I purchased this item with great expectations and here is my review after using for one week; Yes I did return the product due to my requirement Pros : Material Quality Battery Life Sound and Noise Cancellation amazing Cons: I connected to 2 device, my tablet and phone but It was very hard for me to switch between devices as I use them very frequently; Some time it refuses to connect to any of the device and can't take calls although you will see it is connected and hence I need to switch off my device Bluetooth, on/off my headset etc. etc. was very annoying; In a world of touch, I felt the power-on button was also very hard to press; You really need to press very hard to the tiny button; In summary, the device is great and if you are planning to use it with just one device it may work awesome but it didn't fit to my requirement;

The Bose headphones have a smooth unique design. The comfort is awesome. When the headphones came in it was package so neat. Almost didn’t want to take it out the box. The black headphones are very thin and flexible. They come with different earpiece sizes and feels great inside your ear. Keep the headphones on for hours and it never felt uncomfortable. The rubber tips of the earpiece feel so good. You can sleep, walk, run, jog, play, dance, exercise, cook, drive, study, work on computer or just about do anything and these headphones will stay in your ear and will forget that you have them on until you get an alert on your phone or whatever device you have connected to it. I would suggest that anyone get this device. Only negative is that sometimes the cord is too short or get in the way if wearing on the front but if around your neck it is good and comes with a clamp so that you want lose device.

    AMAZING MUST BUY

I wanted to experience this product because I’ve seen it on Bose’s website before and I saw really good reviews. I would totally recommend these to a family or friend just because they are so nice and are easy to use. One thing that I would of liked was to have the ear pieces the outside of them to be less bulky. So I had this product before and when I wore it for some reason it gave me a headache but this pair did not. With the size of these headphones I expected them to not sound as good as they did and that’s almost something you expect from Bose. These headphones has the right amount of everything. The bass is there but not explosive and you can hear all of the notes with crystal clear sound. Paring the device was easy and the voice prompts it had and the app was really nice. The carrying case that came with it was really a nice touch and they fit in there really easily.

    Great Sound & Quality

As always Bose has set the bar again in sound quality. Only one thing lacking is the sound volume is not as high as I have experienced on other products. I tend to crack up the volume and at the highest volume setting on this product it seems lower than I have experienced, maybe a safety factor built in but I wish they were a touch louder at the highest volume setting. Otherwise not disappointed and would highly recommend these!! Addressing the ear fit factor in the reviews, I too had fit issues as first but I figured out that you have to push into the ear canal and then twist them a bit for a suction fit and then they are just fine and comfortable.

I use a pair of Bose wired headphones that are over 7 years old. I use them at least 3-5 hours per day. They have internal wiring showing through the shield and should have stopped working long ago. I needed wireless because I decided to get in shape. Got the Jaybirds first because the Bose looked bulky and was worried they would not stay in the ear. I was wrong and made a mistake. I should have trusted Bose like I trust my immortal mangled Bose wired buds. Jaybirds broke after 5 uses. The sound quality of Jaybird vs. Bose is no contest. Cannot tell the difference in sound between Bose wired vs. Bose wireless-deep, rich, and balanced. The reviews of the Jaybird sound quality is misleading, or the reviewers' ear palette is wanting. Lastly, they stay in the ear better than the Jaybird. They may look a bit bulky, but they are light weight fit well.

I have been using these headphones for a few weeks now and I love the sound quality, it does a great job at blocking everything else out! It was very easy to sync to my iPhone and I was impressed with the packaging. My favorite feature is that I can see the battery charge and power indicator status. I have another pair of headphones that doesn’t have these features and it is so frustrating when to head out for a workout and then realize your headphones are not fully charged or completely dead. It took me a little bit to figure out how exactly to put the headphones into my ear. The ear pieces are little bulky and might not the best fit for my ears – the smallest size seemed a little too big. However, it might just be how they are designed because I forgot all about the fit issues I was having a few minutes into my workout. Overall, I love the features and sound quality, I just wish it fit my ears better.

When I got the Bose Bluetooth wireless headphones I was so excited I wore them everywhere. (Except the shower lol) I wanted to find out if the headphones would stay connected to my phone if I went outside to my car. They had fantastic sound no static at all. The Bose wireless Bluetooth headphones have a great battery life every time I put them on I would be told how much charge the headphones had left. The controls are easy to use on the go you don't have to take them off to look it only took me a second to figure out how to use them. Now that I think about it they would make the best present for anyone who loves music as much as I do. I would definitely share them with my friends and family if I wasn't wearing them all the time. The Bose Bluetooth wireless headphones are so simple and durable you couldn't ask for better earphones.

    BOSE KNOWS

I have waited for the Bluetooth earbuds from bose for some time. They did not disappoint. The sound quality is what you would expect from Bose but what surprised me as a former beats BT earbuds owner was the fit and almost noise cancellation quality. I wear these at the gym and no longer hear the GYM's sound system when cutting the lawn its like the mower is drowned out by the music, books or whatever I might be listening to that day. I am impressed with the sound and quality. Microphone when using for calls is not the best. Most callers say it picks up back ground noise more than my voice. This does not bother me because I got these to wear for music, books and overall sound not as a wireless phone piece. The cost is great for this type of product. 5star is what I have come to expect from BOSE and they have delivered.

3 (maybe 4?) years and 2 pairs later

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I want to start out by saying I’ve had 2 of these. After 3 years, here’s my review on these headphones: Sound quality: The sound quality is pretty decent, but doesn’t have any noise cancelling which can be problematic for those living in loud cities. Pairing and Charging: They’re easy to pair with my iPhone and the battery lasts around 5 hours with a full charge. They do charge quickly (an hour or so) however, they don’t have wireless charging or a charging case so I did plug them into charge every other night. Functionality: They stay in your ears very well and I used to use my first pair when I went to the gym. I had no problems with them staying in even when I was extremely sweaty. Comfort: I found the actual earbuds to be a bit uncomfortable in my ears. It felt like the silicone part that keeps it in your ears was pushing my ear apart too much (if that makes sense) and the plastic bottom part was digging into the lower part of my ear near my earlobe. My ears are normal sized, by the way. My ears would hurt if I kept these in for an hour or more. They feel a bit heavy for earbuds which might contribute to some discomfort. If you only have one earbud in, make sure to tuck the other one in somewhere (like a bra strap) so it doesn’t pull on your other ear. Price: In my opinion, I don’t think these are overpriced. They run around $99 and that’s about what competitors are charging. The first pair I received for Christmas in 2016 or 2017 (can’t remember which) and I used them intermittently. They lasted until December of 2019 when the cord began to break and the charge didn’t hold much anymore. The second pair are the ones I’m more disappointed with. I use them daily now so they get a fair amount of use. I received these in January of 2020 and the sound completely stopped in the left earbud in late November. I take care of them, making sure they’re clean, not folding the cord in weird ways, etc. All in all, these are decent quality. I wish there were earbuds that were made to last for a few years but that isn’t an option at the moment. I wish these were a bit more comfortable as well but they’re just not for me. I’m won’t be buying a third pair because I feel so wasteful going thru new earphones every year (save the planet!) so I’m going to try Apple AirPod pros.

Bose sound quality but poor fit

I have now purchased multiple Bose products. The sound quality is as expected in each. As of late, I've struggled to find in ear headphones for the gym and daily use. Either too bulky, poor quality, or poor sound quality. I decided to try the Bose soundsport ear buds. The sound quality was as expected. The package came with small, medium, and large adjustments for the actual in ear portion. The ease of use, sound quality, and overall quality I have no problem with. However, the rest of the ear bud does not comfortably sit in my ear. The buds are so large that they not only look funny and stick out super far, but they press on other areas around my ear that make them uncomfortable for more than 20 minutes of use. I will be returning these and would not recommend these to a friend.

I have the beats by dre powerbeats2, studio wireless 2.0, and now the Bose soundsport wireless. These are more comfortable and easier for me to put on than the powerbeats2. The case and form factor is extremely small compared to the Studio Wireless 2.0. I can tell you that I will be keeping these. The sound is amazing! Thoroughly impressed so far. I will be testing out the ambient noise and if I can be without the Studio Wireless 2.0 noise cancelling on my upcoming flight. I will update with my findings soon.

I am very happy with my new headphones. The quality is exactly what I would expect from Bose. The product is very easy to use. Easy to charge up the headphones, set up the Bluetooth feature and connect to an audio device. I will be using the headphones mainly to stream music and make/receive phone calls and listen to voice messages. One cool feature I just discovered is when someone calls me, the headphones alert me to who is calling me. I really like the sound quality and comfort of the headphones. There a different size ear adjustments for small, medium and large ear adjustments. Because the headphones are not inexpensive, I will be writing another review after I use m headphones for a few more weeks. Thus far, I would recommend this product.
