I have always been a Bose fan because all Bose products I used have never failed me until this headset. I was so excited when this product was introduced and admittedly I was the first to have it. 2 months into using it, I was really impressed with how well it stays on my ears even in most rigorous workouts, and the sound is good. And then... the left side has a static sound that wouldn't go away even resetting the headset. So a call into Bose support get me a replacement unit, except the replacement unit is different color than the one I bought. So I called again, and this time, I was on the phone for an hour, waiting for someone to pick up. I did this twice, and then gave up. I emailed the customer support group and so far no reply. Basically, I am stuck with a replacement unit that is not what I want, and there is no where to turn to for help! After searching on the web about this issue, it appears that the problem is common for a few folks, and Bose is aware of it. Since I got the replacement unit, I have no idea if it has been fixed, or just another unit that soon enough will present the same problem. Bose has been a great company I go to, but this product is leaving me with a black eye and pretty unhappy customer. I don't recommend this product as it is stands Best Buy customer support is even worse. After 2 months, I just want to exchange for another unit because mine is defective. They said: you need to speak with Bose. I have so regretfully to do business with Best Buy!

The long awaited Bose wireless ear buds are everything you would expect from Bose!! The definition of high and mid and lows is FANTASTIC!!! The best part is the fact they just about cancel all of the ambient noise going on around you. Battery life is good at 8 hours with the option of buying a rechargeable case and battery for up to 3 full charges!! Great work BOSE!!!

Heard sll the raves about Beats, but these absolutely blow them away! These Bose Soundports are the best headphones I have ever used, by a huge margin. The bass is awesome, sounds like you are at a live concert... without the distortion...or the spilled beer!! Only improvement... wish they would add a charging case for these too.

I have used these Bose wireless headphones to replace The headphones I was previously using to go for runs. I have been very pleased with the fit. The app had integrated the headphones and my phone perfectly. They are a great set of headphones with the sound quality to have come to expect from Bose.

Love these great sound nice and crisp and clear easy to setup with my phone these are my first pair of wireless headphones but they are great fit for me they come with different ear pieces to fit your ear also come with a case to keep them protected while not using I would definitely recommend these

The sound is good on these headphones, however, sometimes the music cuts out or turns off, and I have to keep pushing the on and off button or the power switch to get it to reconnect, which can be very annoying, and time consuming. I'm not sure if it is defective or what. I like the way they feel secure in the ear, but they are big and I don't like the Frankenstein look.

I love the sound of these earphones, however....I should be able to skip forward or backwards for songs. Also, I tend to have issues with having conversations, the sound will cut in and out, even though the phone is super close. I love the fit without having anything over the ear. Battery life could be better as well. I get 2 -2 hour sessions out f them...that's it.

I read all the reviews before purchasing these Bose. I have kids and they are all about what's the "In thing" speaking about Beats and if your a true music listener you can say without a doubt that the Bluetooth Bose has a powerful sound that no one can come close to. They are a little bulky but fit great in the ear with amazing sound quality.

I love Bose products. There is no argument that it's a great brand and they know what they're doing with audio, so these headphones were a bit disappointing for me. I've been looking for a new pair of wireless headphones for running, traveling, etc., and it was obvious to me that I should check out the Bose SoundSports. The fit was PERFECT in my ears and I could barely feel them (something I can rarely say with my ear shape and size), although they stuck out of your ears quite far and were very bulky. The sound was amazing, as Bose always seems to provide, but it didn't allow as much noise isolation as I found with another brand. It seemed every good thing came with a "but" right after it, however, I don't want to give up on Bose. I'd be interested in what their wireless over-the-ears are like. Although I went with a different brand for my wireless earbuds, I'm looking forward to seeing what Bose produces in the future to compete with the noise-isolation and design.

Absolutely love these wireless earbuds great for moving around being on the go and the sound is superb I would highly recommend these. The use is very ease to set up paired with my device easily and easy to function and light weight. If you want quality for a great price this will be it.

If you own a Bose product, then you know the superb sound quality, & these headphones are another great product from Bose. They are very comfortable to wear, they change just how much better that music can sound. I absolutely love the headphones, they are the best I have ever owned. Thanks Bose for the great sound of the music.

The Bose Soundsport wireless headset is even better than the wired version. Using with a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge - sound is great, fit is good and comfortable. Works well with google play music - forward - 2 presses, back - 3 presses, and pause all work. Briefly lost signal one time when walking outside - much better than Backbeat fit.

I bought these to replace a pair of Powerbeats3. MUCH BETTER! I have had no issues charging from my car charger, or the wall. The battery life is great. I have had no issues with sweat messing them up (I bought these for the gym). They fit well and don't try to fall out. Overall a great product.

These headphones sound great. I also love how easy they are to sync and un-sync from my devices. They're comfortable in the ear, however, I do find myself resecuring them all the time because the bulky outer piece feels as if it's gradually pulling them out of the ear. The biggest problem I've found is a mechanical one: the volume up and down buttons rarely function correctly. When they do work, there's a crisp tactile response, like a firm click. Most of the time, that click isn't there, the buttons feel mushy, and there's no volume change. I've found that sometimes (not always), I can press the button for the opposite volume function i.e., down when I want up, and it will reset the button I want. So I'm constantly having to volume down before turning up the volume, and vice versa, to get the buttons to work. And this doesn't always work, so I'll have to adjust the volume on my phone to make a change. Overall, these sound great, but there are definitely flaws.

This is what I've been waiting from Bose. And it is wonderful. I've never been able to get anything other than Bose ear pieces to fit and stay in my ears. Sound quality is absolutely fabulous and super comfortable. Finally not having to do cable management on myself when I plug earphones in. Buy them. You won't regret it.

I love these headphones. They are super lightweight and stay put whether Im at the gym or sitting at my desk working. It produces great full sound. I truly would recommend them to anyone who is searching for a great set of quality headphones without breaking the bank

I have been using these for about a year now and while they sound great when working out and listening to music...do not try to make phone calls with them. Everyone I talk to says the background noise is extremely loud when I try to do anything. I did some research and it appears to be a design flaw and not fixable. I love these headphones and think they sound great but will be replacing them.

I received these headphones a few weeks ago and i love them. I wanted something that i could listen to music with while i run. These met my expectations. They are lightweight, fit well and the sound is amazing. They do not get tangles as i run. Just amazing. I am so happy I have these headphones. Love the design!

Pros: - They don't fall out of your ear when you run. - Lightweight, they may look bulky, but they aren't when you're wearing them. Cons: - For $150 ($99 on sale), they could of shipped them out with a better clipper. The plastic clipper that attaches to the back of your shirt is literally the cheapest material known to mankind. - Does not block out all sound. So if you're working out in a quiet place, you'll be fine, BUT if you're at the gym where there are people talking, music playing over the loud speakers, maybe even a fan spinning, you will hear all of that. I've had a pair of $60 earphones that can get the job done better, but I decided since these were on sale for $99, I'd give them a try. They are good. Just that. Just... "Good" BUT definitely not worth a full $150. If you're considering buying these, wait for a sale.
