Easy connect, just getting ON and the connection to the device prefer coming just in a second, but the quality of sound is not a great thing, ....average!

I am enjoying this buy and i am even selling it because everyone who sees it loves it. they think the noise is coming from a hug boom box, but its actually this Boise sound system.

The sound on this was nice but that is about it, It wasn't portable. The buttons were very unresponsive. It would disconnect from Bluetooth regularly. The Sync button didn't work all the time. It wouldn't shut off so you would have to pull the plug from the wall, wait a few seconds, plug it back in, forget the device on your phone and re sync it. This happened daily. Back to the store. Got a cheaper Bose that works much better.

I don't get the hype. This product came out of the box defective. I tried to set it up using the app and couldn't get the amber light to appear let alone even go solid. After cycling through a maze of trouble shooting steps on the app with no success, I went to contact support and was told my product was out of warranty and could be repaired for $75. Out of warranty?! It just came out of the box! Wouldn't even power on even after charging for 24 hours. If only I could have talked to a real person, maybe it could have been solved. So, unfortunately I'm only left with an option to return. Big disappointment. First Bose product I bought was the highly touted SoundWave. I found the sound quality massively disappointing and found a Klipsch speaker with FAR better sound. Then I bought into the hype around the Sound cancelling headphones. Since I used to fly a lot for work, I bought a pair. They didn't cancel the airplane noise at all, were uncomfortable and not any special level of sound quality. Bought a pair of Shure headphones that worked beautifully. Best headphones I ever owned. So, hopefully I've learned my lesson. Based on customer support, I'd give this company only 1 star.

My wife got this speaker for me as a Christmas Gift. She didn’t like the sound of my iPhone speaker. Now that it is all set up, I can play my Pandora without even touching my phone.

Just follow the step by step instructions to pair with your SoundTouch system and you can have wireless Bose quality throughout your house or just in certain areas.

Good sound. Using it off a Dot and sometimes the sound is lower quality. Turning it off for a few seconds and reconnecting fixes it. Could very well be the Dot to Bose wireless connection.

The sound is top notch. But prepare to wait 5 minutes or maybe even 1 hour to use the speakers because it may need updated! Come on it's a speaker why does it need updates every couple weeks? The app is also dificult to use, their afraid you might use it with a non Bose product so they make it so it's hard to use with anything else. Wake up Bose.

I bought this speaker for my 17 yr. old. He absolutely loves it. Sounds better than we expected. I will only buy Bose products. Thank you Best Buy!

My only concern, if I wanted to use the system outside my home, I must have a power source too plug into. What happened to the wireless part? (confused)

Speaker has great sound but very hard to set up and use with Alexa. It literally took me many hours to get it to work. Be aware that this will be difficult.

I bought 2 for my son and for me and we are very happy with it. It update often. It has everything I want Bluetooth, auxiliar, etc.

The sound it good but not great. I really like that you have the aux cord option. I also liked that gave you option to let others connect without having to have the app or wifi.

Doesn't always work. I have to reconnect this device often, and sometimes it's a challenge. When it works well, it sounds great. Bought product because of the Bose reputation.

I purchased this item a few months back and I have been enjoying it ever since I first got it. It does what I need, which is mostly play music during Saturday night potlucks.

I have a smart link3 and this Bose Sound Touch 10. Both great, but Sound Touch 10 has more bass when I want to "crank it up" and love the remote. Sound Touch 10 cheaper also.

Bought this for mother-in-law; whose radio had constant static. I was able to program the presets and now she uses it and is happy. Some issue the Wi-Fi signal dropping on occasion but overall good performance.

I love Bose products! This one is great and easy to set up. Use my phone to play music on it. Small enough to take anywhere!!’ Love it!!

The speaker works great with my PICO projector. The reason it didn't receive 5 stars is it has trouble automatically finding the connection, and it usually involves a quick manual intervention.

Really like this speaker. Not as good as the SoundTouch 20 but nice for our porch. Having the ability to pair the speakers is nice.
