Bose stopped making their products compatible with Apple AirPlay due to a lawsuit. Unfortunately, the customer gets screwed in this product. I will not purchase another product from Bose.

AirPlay has been replaced in our current systems with Bluetooth to allow owners of virtually any mobile device the flexibility to stream any audio source. The inclusion of Bluetooth allows support for our unique rebroadcasting feature which allows users to stream audio to multiple systems at the same time.
