    It's good but Compared to the $120 portable bose it's not really that much louder. Go buy the $500 bose if you want real sound

    The sound quality is there all the way around however I prefer more midrange and treble versus bass

    Purchased and found it required to be plugged onto AC in order to work. Not portable and larger than expected.

    The speaker is not wireless, which is what I was looking for. I wanted to use it outside on my patio and pool area but always have to find a plug and extension cord to make that happen. I was disappointed. It sounds ok but not like the other Bose speakers that I have. I would expect more from Bose.

    Good Sound if you can get the Bluetooth to connect

    Purchased for my GF in April 2019. Sounds great and can get pretty loud.......That is assuming you can get the Bluetooth to connect. We finally got it down to system where we unplug and replug, wait for it to start up, and wait for it to decide when it’s ready to connect. Sometimes it does. Sometimes it Doreen’s. Save your money1

      Hey! I'm glad you and your girlfriend love the cool volume from your SoundTouch 10. Sorry you have encountered some Bluetooth connection issues. If you download the SoundTouch app and play over your WiFi this will eliminate your problem and allow you to update your speaker which should resolve any pairing issues.

    Bought this product for my wife. Had nothing but problems getting it to play music. Took it back and exchanged it for the sonos.

    I have a wireless Bose & it's awesome! This speaker has to be plugged in and the sound is not as good as the wireless.

This system is wireless, in that it connects to your wireless home network to stream content from the internet. As it does not have a rechargeable battery it is not portable and will need to remain plugged in to AC power to be used. Downloading the SoundTouch app to your mobile device will allow you to configure your speaker and connect to other SoundTouch products for multi-room audio.     First bose speaker I've ever purchased. Bought it 10 months ago due to all the good reviews it has but returned it the very next day. To start, this is not a portable product. It needs to be plugged in to an outlet to work. The most important part (the sound) is terrible. I opened it, paired with my phone, played a couple of songs and the sound was not what I expected from bose. My husband said "let me do it, you just don't know how to use it", he played a couple of his favorite songs and said "take that piece of junk back to where it came from" so I did. The sound is exactly like when you would punch a hole through one of those vintage loudspeakers from the 90's. Instead I bought a Sony XB32 with great sound for myself and a Monster Rockin' Roller 3 for my husband and I am glad I did.

We recommend that you clear the paired device list from both your speaker and source device and try re-establishing a Bluetooth connection. On the speaker, press and hold the Bluetooth|AUX button for about 10 seconds, until it emits a "beep boop".
