It's unusual that you're experiencing regular drops with the Bluetooth connection. Does this happen with any device that you connect? Clear the pairing list by holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds. Delete the speaker from the Bluetooth list on all previously connect devices. Now reconnect.

On the button pad or remote control, press and hold the Bluetooth|AUX button for about 10 seconds until the Bluetooth indicator double-blinks white. Other than the room acoustics, I would recommend that you check the EQ settings of the device(s) you use this with, as well as position this on a different surface!

The sound that I have grown to love from Bose was not in this product. I’ve grown accustomed to Bluetooth players so I could not deal with this one.

Fantastic Speaker, Great Connectivity

The old adage "No Highs No Lows, Must Be Bose" no longer applies. This thing produces a fantastic range of sound! Add on the wi-fi connectivity and the bluetooth, along with the presets, and I am absolutely in love. There is one thing, however, that truly bugs me about this speaker: It does not have a rechargeable battery. That is the one thing that would send it over the top to me. I can understand the 20 and the 30 not having them, but the 10 really should. But for now, it continues to fill my office with beautiful noises. I'll likely be adding a 20 or a 30 for my main floor in the near future.

I'm hugely disappointed!

I like that it is AC powered but what good does it do if it has to be within 2 foot of source of the sound to receive properly.

And our super handy Bose SoundTouch app allows you to stream audio from most major music sites using WiFi too. The Bluetooth range on the speaker is 33ft (10 Meters), so you do not need to be too close to the system. Check out the steps here https://bit.ly/3mZpbSy if you are having issues.
