    GOt one and returned it after it wouldn't connect to the internet then returned that one and got another. Had same issue. SImply a loud bluetooth speaker for me....

    I wanted something to connect to my Echo Dot and/or Echo 2 in order to improve the audio quality.The selection at the local BB (Phillipsburg NJ) was overwhelming but I could listen to the plethora of solutions at the push of a button. Plus, the roving floor experts were extremely accessible, enthusiastic and helpful. With the help of my ears and their expertise, I settled on this item. Upon easy installation, I found that it was even better than I thought. Aside from Bose-quality output, the ability to maximize my SiriusXM subscripton and the remote is just outstanding. The remote works with every service that I have tried and has liberated me from constantly shouting at Alexa to adjust the volume, change tracks and more. This thing is the best and I am saving to get another one to pair for stereo sound. BTW, the app is outstanding, allowing me to play the library on my phone via my favorite app (Rocket Player) that is replete with equalization and other advanced playback features.

    This speakers blue tooth feature doesn't connect or stay connected well. It seems to.have to be reset (turn it off then on) almost every time I use it. If I get a call I have to reset. If I go out of range and come back I have to reset.

    For being a Bose system I was very disappointed in the sound quality. Go with one of their Bluetooth portables instead. Much better sound quality

    Disappointed! I got this thinking it was wireless! Nope! You must plug it in! Don’t get me wrong, it sounds amazing but the wireless killed it!

    sound is ok...not able to adjust bass or treble...doesn't sync correctly with soundtouch..needs to be turned on each time and readjusted....does the job of providing extra speaker in large room but not that impressive..

    This speaker cannot be used without being connected to the power. I had to return it. The sound quality, however, is very good.

    I have a Phillips speaker from 2010 and sound exactly that this nose speaker very desapointed. Most of the its not sunk to the app. Get disconnected from the WiFi very often :(

    I have made several attempts to pair the wireless speaker and have been unsuccessful. There are no written instructions you have to go online and it still will not work

    I absolutely love this one! For the small size, it has great sound. And I am over the moon about the internet connectivity. All my presets are now internet radio stations - with global access country- and genre-wise. Awesome expansion of an already extensive iTunes music library! Additionally, it's really easy to set up and works well with my iPhone/MacBook. I'm tempted to get more units for the other rooms in the house. I'm definitely dancing in my large kitchen with this little device :-D

    The speaker is ok at best. Lots of the features are useless and it doesn't connect easily to my phone like the other Bose speakers do. The title is misleading. It says wireless but it has to be plugged up in order to work. I was expecting it to be chargeable and portable. Best Buy also has a poor return policy. The advertise 30 days and it's only if you are of a certain status so I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work well with my phone and isn't portable.

    I bought it as Bose is the best in speakers. This one wasn’t cutting it , it wasn’t loud and the sound wasn’t the best so I returned it .

    Bought it to help husband hear TV. The sound did not sync with the TV's video, so it actually made it harder to hear/watch TV. End result is that we returned it!

    Sound is fine I guess. Nothing special, to be honest. But nearly all of the functionality is completely broken. I bought two, and both of them are temperamental at best when connecting to wifi and Bluetooth, which is the sole reason I bought them. One of them has now stopped connecting completely for no readily apparent reason after barely a month of light use. The app is an abysmal, non-functional mess. Just awful. Skip this one unless you feel like winding up with an overpriced doorstop.

    Difficult Product

    This speaker comes with the Bose name but does it no credit. The system shuts down if left unattended which is annoying as it takes about 5 minutes to get it to resync with either a bluetooth or direct input. It is frustrating to have to keep reloading connections and the sound wasn't that much beetter than competetors. Do not buy.

      Great news - you can fully customize your SoundTouch 10 speaker using the free SoundTouch controller app. While the speaker will automatically enter standby mode after 20 minutes of no activity, this can be easily changed in the settings interface to the speaker.

    This system not only pales in comparison to Sonos, the App has serious glitches when used on you phone or IPad. But if you install the App on your computer (which is required to get your ITunes music in) you will seriously screw up your computer. My scanner couldn’t work, other programs started glitching. On my phone when I was trying to adjust the volume it would adjust itself and it wouldn’t respond to me. It started going up and up and up. I read many complaints of it online.

    It's not wireless and the guy from Best Buy told me it was a portable speaker which is just the speaker talk to your TV. If you're going to spend your money on a nice one

    So when it said wireless I assumed the speakers were portable. That may be a fault in my part, I don't know. By the time my mom received her gift and realized these are not portable it already the 15th day after purchase (wow Best Buy, you have an abysmal return policy). The sound is alright. Not pleased with the purchase and not pleased with Best Buy's horrible return policy. Luckily there are plenty of other retailers with much better policies for future purchases.
