    I bought (2) units and had to return one because the BOSE app. sucks, could not get it to link and have Left channel speaker on one side and Right speaker on the right. Best Buy staff would not help me. They said it would cost me more money to have someone come out. That sucks. When we buy a product Best Buy should make sure the units are up and running at no charge. Disappointed!!

      Sorry to hear of the trouble you experienced attempting to set up your SoundTouch 10 speakers as a pair - I'd love to help. In order to have the two systems used as a stereo pair, you'll have to connect both to the SoundTouch app via WiFi. Instructions on how to do this are here - https://bose.life/2tMfwIs

      Once this has been done, you'll have an option within the SoundTouch app to stereo pair the speakers. Watch this video to learn more about what to do - https://bit.ly/2siNL9Q.

    Mono Sound

    I have owned several Bose products & love their sound but the SoundTouch 10 has terrible sound, very mono & no highs or fidelity. I had it connected to my iPhone X via Bluetooth & when adjusting the volume the audio would drop out but if I used the Bose app it did not happen. My Amazon Echo actually had better sound minus the bass. I ended up returning the SoundTouch 10 & purchased a different Bluetooth speaker.

    Worst Wifi Speaker I have ever purchased

    This expensive cuts out every few seconds. The instruction was very bad. Also, the sound is not like Bose very dull. My 10 wireless speaker works better. I can't send this back to Best Buy since it passed it's 30days. I was out of town and didn't take it out of the box to try it. My suggestion is don't buy it.

      Hello Matt, let's get this sorted for you. It seems strange that you think the sound is dull, have you updated the speaker? Also, have you used the SoundTouch app at all? It will allow you to stream audio via your WiFi. The steps here will prevent sound from cutting out https://bose.life/3fR4bcI.

    Will not buy this anymore

    I bought this product in November 2019. After 1 year and 5 months it's not working. When I called Bose tech support they wanted me to send it for repair and charge me $80 or buy an upgraded product for $149. What about making a product that last at least 3 or 5 years.

    The Soundtouch ST10 speaker will not sync both audio and video simultaneously with a Soundtouch 300 soundbar. According to Bose, you can sync the audio between the two devices. But the sound will not sync with the video if you are trying to use it as a satellite speaker while watching TV.This issue is blasted all over the internet.

THe delay you are describing is due to the additional transmission time needed to send the audio over your home wireless network. The intent of the rebroadcast feature is to allow you, for example, to play sports broadcast audio in another room where the TV is out of view. A pair of SoundTouch 10's are not able to function in a multi-channel role. For rear channel audio with your SoundTouch 300 soundbar, I'd recommend the Surround Speakers which connect directly to your soundbar for multi-channel audio.     Terrible sound and you need an app to even connect to Bluetooth. The app is controlled by Amazon and forget playing whatever you want to off your playlist or YouTube.
