    The speakers sound good, don’t get me wrong. The connection between the speakers and device (iPad and iPhones) consistently disconnects. And now I cannot return them because of BB’s policy. Buy from amazon, they stand behind the product they sell.

    I bought this SoundTouch 10 speaker saying open excellent condition but it isnt It doesn’t work somethings wrong with the connection and set up I even tried to reset but it doesn’t do it Just an advice dont ever buy an open box at bestbuy It sucks

    We've had this speaker less than 3 years when it decided to quit working. Now it's another 75 bucks for Bose to repair to "factory original" hopefully we can get another 3 years out of it. After that it will go into the garbage. Planned obsolescence.

    I have had Bose headphones and liked the sound. Decided to do a mini splurge for myself. Was really happy at first then I really wasn’t. I went back to my cheap Bluetooth speaker and it has had no issues returned the Bose. Was really disappointed with this thing.

    I didn’t care much for this box. Wasn’t enough bass and not rechargeable. Bring back quality Bluetooth that’s qualified for Bose inventory! Sorry but no good box

    HUGE bang for the Buck

    For this price point this device sounds amazing. I use for my PC sound using the AUX cable on top of the wifi stuff that is built in. I was able to clear clutter off my desk, have good sound for my PC as well as use the internet radio/Bluetooth functions for it as well. Bose continues to live up to its reputation with this device.

    Starting with the product specific awkward and buggy software to the extremely limited downloading capabilities this speaker and audio system is the worst. I ended up just throwing it away. Worse than garbage.

    I was very disappointed with speakers I have to continue reconnect them. You have to use the app. Never stay connected. I see why they are no longer available.

    Bought this for use on patio, only 6 feet from transmitter and could barely keep connected. Also had the known problem of turning on all by it's self. Returned and bought another brand.

    Bought this on the Bose reputation. An Imagine Dragons song came on and it couldn't handle the bass so we exchanged it for a Sonos Play:1.

    These are spectacular systems. I now own a SoundTouch 30, 2 SoundTouch 20’s and 3 SoundTouch 10’s. The 10 is the best value IMO. It sounds great, but it doesn’t have the display. To truly appreciate the *system* you need to have a couple of these. To be able to control all the system from my Mac/PC/iOS or Android device is simply the spectacular…. BUT, the 6 presets are the best, and when I compared the SoundTouch system to a Sonos system it was one of the deciding factors as I the price and sound quality was similar. Once the presets are assigned, I don’t need to find my phone or computer to access music. My favorite Pandora or radio station is on with the touch of one button. That’s it! Amazing! This is completely changed how I listen to music at home. It’s a great system and the SoundTouch 10 makes it affordable!

    Would not recommend this wireless speaker. Took me way to much time to figure it out and now I don't even use it anymore. Was not worth the money spent.

    Only worked for one day, then couldn't connect to Wifi, nor via Bluetooth. Tried anything we could, simply couldn't get it work again. Very disappointing.

    It disconnects whes using bluetooth every minute or so...I have tried 2 different units and with different phones also. Annoying...
