Bose blue tooth

Crystal Clear Sound

bad luck

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with the Bluetooth connection. I would recommend clearing the pairing list on the speaker by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds. Once Complete, delete the pairing on your source device and try connecting again.
To make you aware, the SoundTouch 10 speaker is not a portable speaker and will need to be plugged in to function.

Thanks for reviewing your SoundTouch 10 Wireless Music System. I am sorry to hear that you aren't happy with the fact the speaker does require a cord for power and would like to make you aware that the system does have a Bluetooth feature that you can access by pressing the Bluetooth button located on the Top of the speaker in the bottom left.

I'd advise ensuring the Bose for SoundTouch Alexa skill has been enabled - where you'll be able to link your SoundTouch account. After this, your SoundTouch systems should be recognizable.
