    This wireless Bose speaker was not compatible with other Bose blue tooth systems. I tried several times to sync it with a Bose home theater system, could not get it to work. I returned it to Best Buy!

    Amazing sound as can be expected from Bose. A really good buy, Have connected it in network, found my WD cloud shared music folder easily through the phone app, also tried Bluetooth and works seamlessly.

    Needed to hold a charge to take it to the pool it's not that kind of speaker needs to be plugged in an outlet...... my bad Love Bose speakers !!

    Every time I go to connect device,I have to delete initial settings for the same device aNd reinstall same device. Waste of time

    Everytime I unplug it it’s shuts off When plugged its hard to connect to blue tooth sometimes doesn’t want to work

      Hi there,
      I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with the Bluetooth connection. I would recommend clearing the pairing list on the speaker by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds. Once Complete, delete the pairing on your source device and try connecting again.
      To make you aware, the SoundTouch 10 speaker is not a portable speaker and will need to be plugged in to function.

I am sorry to hear that you aren't happy with the fact the speaker does require a cord for power and would like to make you aware that the system does have a Bluetooth feature that you can access by pressing the Bluetooth button located on the Top of the speaker in the bottom left.
