Great sound but app is horrible

This system sounds really good and I would probably have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the app. One of the main reasons I bought this unit was so I could use it out by our pool and use the Bose app to put our favorite music on. Never could get it to work so paid Best Buy to come out and set it up and they couldn’t get it to work either. They said that if the app was important to me that they recommended going with Sonos since their app had been in service for around 15 years with excellent service. So that is what I did and I have been happy with what I have now. If Bose can get this problem worked out I would have kept it.
