    Why does the sound only come out one side?!?! I thought I had a bad pair and returned them and my new pair does the same thing! If I even touch the cord I completely lose sound. So frustrating that I spent so much money on these. I was so excited to have a nice pair of headphones. They do not work!

    Poor quality and even worse Best Buy support

    I bought these on sale January 5. When I first tried them I had to really jiggle the cord to make both speakers play, but could get them to work. Wanted them for air travel so I didn't use them again until I flew to Costa Rica then Canada. By this point I could barely get both speakers to play at the same time. Tried to return them to Best Buy after 2 months and they refused to help me because I hadn't bought their Geek Squad protection. They said I will have to deal with Bose to get them replaced. I would think if you sell a defective product you would take care of it without requiring you to pay additional insurance. Now I am going to have to mail it off to Bose. I have always shopped electronics at Best Buy but will not any longer. If I am going to have to mail when there is a problem I might as well buy it online.

    The headphones were damaged. It only worked one side and when I plugged it to my iphone 6, I can't hear anything. Overall, poor product. I am dissapointed. I want my money back.

    I bought these headphones and used them once at night. Woke up the next morning and the right can no longer worked.
