Its really good for hearing music but not for talking. It captures too much surrounding noise. Also we don't have a volume control. 4 rating is for the clarity and music effect..

It has a great all around sound. If you are looking for a headset that has the best sounding music you need to look no further.

When my son let me try his Bose ear buds, a whole new world of listening opened up to me. These are the only ear buds I use now.

I can't stand shoving earbuds into my ear canal. These were expensive, but I figured worth a try and I love them. The ear tips are amazing while still letting you hear what's going on around you. Definitely register them so u can use the warranty (I've used it several times and the customer service is amazing). I use my buds every day so it comes out to about 30 cents a day. Totally worth it.

The audio quality is impeccable if it's in isolated places. It lacks sound isolation, but new buds can always be purchased.

This is truly a great product and delivers quality sound. I primarily use this product for my workouts (running/lifting) and it works perfectly. It stays in my ear and keeps sweat out of the ear! The only thing I wish it had is a hands-free calling feature. You had upgrade to another set of Bose headphones for quite a bit more money.

My second pair. I lost the first pair. Sound quality is outstanding and is hands down better than any wireless headphones.

Started using these after my Klipsch earbuds wore out. Good sound quality. Ears had to get used to the design after some slight irritation, otherwise they are fine.
