Live in a college town not near many stores so when I called to get a replacement I was hoping to ship the product back to get a new one. However as they were out of stock, they requested I take the reimbursement, however I purchased them at a great price that would be covered fully by the gift card I had at the time and did not want to return and wait for the deal to return. The lady I talked did not seem to have any suggestions aside from getting a reimbursement.

Good sound... For a couple weeks...

Unfortunately they did as well as the cheap ones I buy. The sound was better but after only 2 weeks of use one of the sides started to cut out. The end that plugs into the device needs to be wiggled to get the other side to cut back on. Back to buying cheap pairs.
