    I actually bought these and love Bose products, these headphones are great for someone whose really wanting to have all background noise blocked out, however for ME I didn't like that when I walk I literally heard my footsteps, I want great quality and I just didn't like that, but that's for me, others may find that to be exactly what they are looking for. But the sound quality is amazing!

    I had some earphones like this, but lost them at the air port. I was really disappointed. I have an old IPod classic that go great together with the earphones. The ear piece is not completely noise cancelling, but with music it does a good job. This makes for a good flight! The new earphones are even better than the old ones because the sounds are better.

    I originally went in to get the noise cancelling pair but after a discussion with the Best Buy representative I selected the non-noise cancelling pair and couldn't be happier. They sound fantastic and block out more than enough of the outside noise without worrying about charging something else (noise cancelling version). Very happy with my purchase and would recommend.
