Sound is not the best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have bought two pairs of Bose SoundSport earphones and because I had to replace one of them, I figured that I would try out the SoundTrue Ultras. I am the kind of person that cares a lot about the sound. I like to hear rich, deep bass and crisp, clean highs. I also like to be able to hear my surroundings so that I am aware of what is happening around me. Because of this, I did not like the way these headphones plugged my ears up. I figured that I might be ok with the plugging if the sound quality made up for it since earphones that have a tighter seal or that plug up the ear can have a better sound and they're Bose. Unfortunately, the seal didn't help the quality of the sound. Since these earphones didn't let me hear my surroundings and the sound quality was not what I expected from Bose. I am going to return them and instead buy Apple Airpods which I was able to try out and sounded a lot better and i could hear around me.

They're just ok!

On my first set the left ear bud stop working. I purchased the bestbuy extended warranty and replaced them. Before this i had the same problems with Beats ear buds. I thought I was getting a better product, but both brands will fault after some use. Please get warranty, not worth $159.
