I was using Bose - SoundSport Ultra In-Ear Headphones for two years until I lost them so I bought the soundtrue thinking it was an upgrade but it wasn't, they are awfully designed to a point I can hear/feel my heart beat when wearing them and they are only useful when you are not moving because the second you move the friction sound can be heard louder than the music and to make it worse Bestbuy return policy is only 15 days so now I am stuck with them not able to exchange with the Soundsports one. (even called and checked if I can exchange but customer support at the San Francisco location was rude and not helpful at all. Maybe I'll buy from a different retailer considering the crappy return policy.
