I like clear crisp highs, but the highs on this set are dull and lacking. I have cheap earbuds that have better sound. Very disappointed.

Not as good as my Beats

I never had that issue with my Beats, even when driving in my convertible

I've owned Bose IMEI2, Bose Soundsport, 5 pairs of Beats, and Monster (HOOOORRIBLE) headphones. As well as a few others I'm sure I'm forgetting. All of which had marginal (at best) sound quality and or comfort, failed at one point or another for one reason or another or were returned. WELL let me tell you Bose FINALLY got it right! These are BY FAR the most comfortable, best sounding set of headphones I have ever owned. Something as small as a change in the silicone earpiece made ALL THE DIFFERENCE!!! OUTSTANDING SOUND QUALITY, even on phone calls!

Poor sound quality

The sound quality is poor and all ranges sound like you are in an echo chamber. I purchased and unfortunately forgot to take them with me out of the country and when I tried them and attempted to return to Best Buy I was told it was too late and beyond the 2 week return policy

Jay bird X2 is the only way to go

Base offers sound that is equivalent to a cheap factors stereo.. I want highs and lows as well as rich sound. I quickly took these back for a pair of Bluetooth Jay birds. We've also had beats and beats wireless which sound the same as bose, but still not worth the money.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought these from Best Buy because they were on-sale and I needed a good pair for my flights, something comfortable, good sound and can block out as much noise as it can, besides going with ANC. Despite all the negative reviews, I went ahead with the buy. I came home and took it out for a jog around the block with my iPod. They are extremely comfortable, fits well without falling out and have great sound from what I can tell (not an audiophile). The pair also immediately blocked out the drone from a carpet cleaning crew next door. Everyone on here who gave a negative review states it has a stethoscope effect or hitting the cables and wiring will reverberate through the earbuds or whatever. I did not experience such effect. If it did, it was too subtle for me to notice. I do not buy $150+ earbuds like the other reviewers; this is my first premium earbud as I normally just use the standard Apple ones and I must say, it's an amazing product and definitely worth the buy imho.
