My sport ones were great, but I decided to upgrade them for wireless set. Well, my first set would not pair to my phone. It wouldn’t even pop up under Bluetooth devices, so I thought it was defective. I exchanged it for another one. It connected to my iPhone right away and I was really enjoying it. The clarity of the sound, volume levels, ergonomic design of the charging case was everything I expected from Bose. That only last for a week after which my headset disconnected itself and there were no way to connected back to my phone. I even reseted it to factory settings. Extremely disappointing! For $200 and brand name you wouldn’t expect so many issues. I returned it and got myself probeats which I’m really enjoying to this day. Don’t waste your money and save yourself an aggravation. ProBeats by Dre are way better product and being owned by Apple makes pairing a walk in a park, no application download needed

Posted .Hey, it's great to hear that you were really enjoying the Sports Earbuds when they successfully connected. It's a shame that you experienced a connection issue.
Did you follow the reset procedure listed here? - https://bose.life/3kvvQTd. Once you complete that step, you have to delete the existing entries of the earbuds from the Bluetooth list on your iPhone. Then create a fresh connection.
Using the Bose Music app is compulsory. The earbuds can connect through the traditional Bluetooth list. However, the app does provide access to many great features and settings.

Most infuriating wireless headphones

Meaning if i have one in my pocket i can't reconnect. Not to mention them not syncing to each other, you can't use the left without the right, and it constantly connecting to my annoying phone "assistant". Huge disappointment considering how much I loved the Bose SoundSport Free.

They stay in place while doing the yard work. I also went with a bright color just in case one would fall out it would be easier to find in the yard.
