Sound/volume cranked up to 100% still sounded low, like it was 75%. The left earbud started going in and out a month or so ago, and is now completely dead. Battery only lasted about an hour, maybe an hour and 15 minutes, even after docking and charging for several days. The fit is off, too. I feel like I'm constantly trying to shove them in my ears as it always feels like they're about to fall out. I've had way better headphones (sound, bass, fit, etc) that dated back almost 3 decades (3.5mm jacks, not Bluetooth admittedly). Always had a high opinion of Bose, but these buds ain't it. At least not for the price. Would not recommend for the price. Will look at other brands going forward, or at least non-buds/non-bluetooth.

The sound quality is not as great as it used to be and I’ve had some real problems with them connecting charging. You have to make sure they are really connected for them to work.

The app they have tied to this device is garbage on Android and rarely works. Please please pass on these, The sound quality is not even that good. You can buy better earbuds for less the 25% of the price of these. I am very disappointed with this purchase and Bose for putting their name to this.

The Bose Music app, lets you name your earbuds, set the controls the way you like them, check your battery life, manage your Bluetooth connections, and more. Please uninstall the app and download a new one in the app store.

The touch technology is to new and not very advanced for this particular merchandise unfortunately.. Pros: sleek design New colors Pause/play and answering calls are just a tap. Comfortable in your ears for long periods of time. Both headphones can be used during a call which the previous generation was only one. Cons: Touch for volume is next to impossible to use. Can only skip forward a track not backwards. Completely different bose app compared to old generation. Design of charging case was average for the price. Doesn't hold as long of a charge then the previous generation especially during calls.

In the meantime, Bose Sport Earbuds provide up to five hours of battery life per charge. They’re charged by placing them in the included charging case. If the case is charged, it will automatically charge the earbuds. When it’s fully charged, the case can provide two full charges for up to 10 more hours of use. And if your battery runs out when you’re on the go, you can do a 15-minute quick charge for up to two hours of playback time.
