Headphones work great but are useless if I cannot charge them. Best Buy says I have to deal with Bose for any resolution. Fingers crossed Bose will repair/replace….

THey stay put once you put them in and stay. I run and workout in them and don't have any problems with them coming out. They pair super easy, and keeps a long charge. I pair between my watch, phone, or laptop frequently and no problems switching between the devices. Definitely worth the money. I tried the iPods and they wouldn't stay in my ears. Love these, and sound quality is way better!

Good bass but not secure in ears

Also, they did not feel secure, they keep fallin out. The bass is excellent but it was too much for me. I had to return them.

Zero functionality on the actual ear bud. All three size ear pieces fit pretty bad and I had to continuously adjust during my runs which was super annoying. I returned them and got the Jabra Elite Active 75t.

The sounds quality is okay by Bose standards but for the price could be much better. The most annoying thing that Bose failed at is the microphone. People will definitely complain about how bad you sound and how far away you sound during phone calls. The other thing that is disappointing is they no longer had the find my bose feature shall you misplace them. I would definitely not recommend getting these for $179.
