Microphone has poor quality and no Locator

The sounds quality is okay by Bose standards but for the price could be much better. The most annoying thing that Bose failed at is the microphone. People will definitely complain about how bad you sound and how far away you sound during phone calls. The other thing that is disappointing is they no longer had the find my bose feature shall you misplace them. I would definitely not recommend getting these for $179.

It's great to hear you were impressed by the sound quality of your Sport buds but it's disappointing to learn you've had issues with calls. If the sound quality is bad, this might be related to how close you are to the source device (smartphone) make sure you are within 33ft/10m of the phone,and if the problem continues, try establishing a new pairing.

I can wear them and listen to music for approximately 8 hours on a single charge! The reason I only gave 4 stars is because of the fit…they are not as easy to get into my ears as I think they should be for the price of them.

Good build, sound quality. The tapping becomes very irritating if you have to do it over and over again and believe me, you will. I could live with that. The reason that I am returning the buds is that they don’t have a skip back function. I repeat, Bose has made a wireless set of earbuds that aren’t able to skip back to the last song played. Amazing. It’s like the engineers don’t listen to music! I mean who doesn’t skip back to their favorite song or something they want to memorize?!? I bought the previous version of these after a ton of research. The control cover popped off after two years. I was excited because I was upgrading with this new pair. I have to start all over again with the research, the fit, the price, availability, everything. I’m really disappointed in Bose and I’m returning the earbuds.

Only one headphone has a mic in it so I am only able to have phone conversations with one bud. This makes it hard when my 1 ear bud dies and then I don't have the other as backup

Unfortunately the quality of the sound has gone down a lot. I preferred the Bose wired wireless ones more due to the sound quality (discontinued now).
