If you find the buds start to feel less comfortable over time, this is almost certainly because you are using the wrong size eartips for your ears! The earbuds come with 3 different sizes of our StayHear Max tips, so I would recommend trying them all to find the best fit for your ears. It's not unusual to have a different size of ear tip on the left and right ear so don't be afraid to mix and match. But these earbuds did not meet my expectations. I gave them as a gift but the quality hasn’t the best. Unfortunately the return policy prevented the item from being returned or exchanged. Sound quality was poor and one earbud didn’t work.
