If you find the buds start to feel less comfortable over time, this is almost certainly because you are using the wrong size eartips for your ears! The earbuds come with 3 different sizes of our StayHear Max tips, so I would recommend trying them all to find the best fit for your ears. It's not unusual to have a different size of ear tip on the left and right ear so don't be afraid to mix and match. The earbuds would asynchronously start to blink red and white when I take them out of the case. I tried updating the firmware and letting them run out battery to remove any static hindrance -- to no avail. Overall, the price of the earbuds by no means should allow for this type of build quality.
