Bad earbud

Took them back to the store and they would not replace them because it was past the 15 days. That is a real inconvienance and had to talk to Bose for a replacement. When I make a purchase at the store, Iexpect the store totake care of the issue. Now I am out until they send a replacement which will probavlybe 2 weeks. That isa pain in the butt. Why do I even shop here?

They also kept dropping the Bluetooth connection. Ended up buying the Dr Dre's with the wrap around the ear design.

Total Quantum Leap In The Wrong Direction

The firmware is unbearably slow resulting in significant connection time for Blue Touch. No means to switch BT Sources have to essentially disconnect the current connection and hold the middle button on the case. To switch sources. The old model provided all controls from the buds themselves. Sorry Bose you really blew it. Where can't I adjust the volume from the ear piece? So many things you got so wrong after having provided the capability on previous models. Sad day in tech space. Stop taking away good features. Nobody wants to be tethered to a carrying case during a workout or playing sports. Who thought this was good idea. NOT ! Please step forwards to claim your award for the worst design ever @ Bose. How about integrating a wireless charging plate in the bottom of the case and bringing back the old BT Connect speeds ands navigation. You got it ALL Wrong !

We understand you're frustrated by the lack of physical controls on the earbuds. These earbuds have touch controls instead of physical buttons. The earbuds manual https://bose.life/3bxpSBT on page 22 explains the touch gestures to play/pause, adjust the volume, and answer/decline calls, along with other functions.

To keep the case small and compact with the earbuds, wireless charging wasn't included for size constraints. We appreciate the feedback on wanting wireless charging though, and will pass it on to the development team.
