Thanks for your feedback. When you pair your Earbuds to your phone, Bluetooth connection occurs between the source device and the right earbud. The signal is then beamed over to the left earbud. So, if you were to take out the right earbud and place it on a table, that earbud would go to sleep in about 20 minutes and, when that happens, the left earbud would lose its Bluetooth connection. Similarly, if you were to place the right earbud in the charging case and close the lid, the left earbud would lose its connection immediately.

These are loud but unfortunately the quality of the music is not as good as the wired wireless ones or the wired ones (discontinued). Hopefully they fix this issues or will be switching brands. Beats headphones did this and they now suck. Again, they sound okay and the sound is louder. But the bass and quality of the music isn’t as good.

Posted .Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Sport Earbuds. That certainly shouldn't be happening. I'd recommend checking to ensure the speakers are up to date with the latest firmware, and the smartphone you use them with are also running the latest Android or iOS operating system firmware. It's also a good idea to make sure that Bose Music is also on its most recent software version also.
